Gewoon een TOP hotel
Pros:

Top locatie, heerlijk hotel, loopafstand centrum stad, lekker Itailiaans restaurant, bar om af te zakken onder live klassieke pianomuziek.

Cons:

Dat mijn borg na nu 4 weken (na de carnaval) op mijn creditard nog steeds gereserveerd staat en ik er dus zelf nu achteraan moet.

Beautiful building, great location, high ceilings in the room, facilities in the room, clean bathroom, very capacious wardrobes.

Astonishing historical site on great location.

Cons:

The service is incredibly poor, it’s like you’re a candid camera: no one is there for you, no one can do anything and even the simplest task like ordering a taxi simply doesn’t work at this hotel. Never been to a 5-star hotel with worse service.
