Cons:

No llega el wifi y el de recepción me cobró dos personas extras siendo que yo ya había reservado en Booking y él me cobró aparte lo de dos personas 😒no tuve más remedio que quedarme, ya que nos habían dejado ahí, el taxi del aeropuerto

Lo que nos gustó fu que la ubicación es muy buena centrica cerca de lugares para comer, se puede llegar a pie a distintos lugares y hay transporte cerca. La relación calidad precio es buena, el personal muy amable y al pendiente de nuestras solicitudes, limpieza de la habitación.

Lo que no nos gustó fue que en el área de la alberca había mucho ruido, había huespedes con bocinas y gritando y cantando a todo pulmón toda la noche (dos noches no pudimos dormir), solicitamos una solución en recepción y el resto de nuestra estancia (tres noches más) ya no tuvimos ese problema.

Bien para salir del apuro, no para disfrutar.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son buenas, las habitaciones muy pequeñas y no hay espacio donde acomodar el equipaje, las sábanas súper viejitas, se ven muy delgadas de tanto uso y las toallas deshilachadas, nos dieron un rollo suavel para cuatro personas y tuvimos que pedir más toallas, pedimos un upgrade a una tipo cabaña para mayor espacio y nos cobraban $ 2000 por noche, o sea si la cuádruple nos costó $1500 que ya es cara y la cabaña $2200, pues el upgrade estaba muy mal calculado, me dio la impresión de que el personal es abusivo.

Permiten que algunos clientes se droguen y escandalicen en la alberca y pasillos, tampoco hacen la limpieza y el gerente nunca da la cara ni se responsabiliza. Pésimo lugar no lo recomiendo
