My family and I had an amazing time in the resort. From the time we arrived, to make a booking for travelling around, arranging early morning breakfast, till check out was excellent. We love the place.. Special mention to Ms Sokhey - she looked after us very well during our stay. She always check on us at the lobby when she see us to ensure everything is going well. Breakfast selection was awesome. Hotel is located in a great location - away from the noise. Near to Angkor Wat and everything else accesible via tuk tuk.
Nothing.
My hisband and I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap Resort. The location is very convenient, with easy access to all the major tourist attractions, and arranging a tuk-tuk is always quick and hassle-free.
The staff truly made the experience special—everyone was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sokhey, Samnang, and Pet for making our late evening check-in feel so smooth and genuinely hospitable.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the food was consistently good. We especially loved the sky bar—the atmosphere and cocktails were fantastic.
Overall, a memorable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Great hotel. The nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed in. I was upgraded due to my status and what a nice room. They will prepare you a to go bag for breakfast if you are leaving for an early tour. A nice touch. The room was clean, nice, and big.
We just spent 3 glorious nights at the Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap! Their attention to detail and customer service are second to none! Prior to arriving we communicated with Ratha (Assistant Front Office Manager) who made sure my wife's medical diet requirements were met. Once at the property Samnang (front desk), Thauy and Dina made sure we had everything we needed and even brought in a full size bean grinding coffee pot that made such good coffee! Every morning we had a fabulous breakfast in the Lok Lak breakfast buffet which included a very tasty omelet station. And, each night we enjoyed dinner at the hotel in the Lok Lak restaurant where we had the best service from Lay and Janny. The prices were so reasonable, service was impeccable and the fresh tasting delicious food was just what we needed after a long day in the Siem Reap/Angkor Wat hot sun. And, to top it all off, we were so happy to have met Toma (Food & Beverage Manager), who spent part of his day taking us to a few shops in the area helping us negotiate price on a few items we purchased. He really runs a very organized and efficient Lok Lak restaurant which made our stay so enjoyable...when you come to Siem Reap, make this your home for a few days!
Courtyard Siem Reap is about an hours drive from the airport, SAI, and about a 10-minute drive from the city centre. The hotel provides complimentary parking if you come by car, and their shuttle from the airport starts at $60,and as comparison a Grab car is about $30. The hotel is modern with a nice lobby area with a lounge bar and restaurant and there is a pool and foosball table. There is a rooftop bar on the 7th floor where you also have access to binoculars to see the Angkor Wat at a distance. On the inner courtyard is a saltwater pool with a large jacuzzi with a nice poolside seating area. The gym is on the 1st floor, and has a good mix of machines and weights. The breakfast and the restaurants are great, and if you are looking for something different then it's a couple of minutes ride in a car or tuk tuk. The rooms are nice and big with all the amenities you need. By the way, don't miss the happy hour on the rooftop bar, prices are good and it's 2 for 1! Overall a great hotel for exploring Siem Reap and Angkor Wat.
We had a great time at the courtyard, especially with our amazing Tuktuk driver Ms Pich, who was very kind and knew all the routes and temples. She was always on time, a great driver and sweet with our kids, she has made this stay extra special for us.
You can contact her directly on WhatsApp +855 89 273 191 or ask at the hotel reception for Ms Pich :)
We stayed at the Courtyard for two nights to visit Angkor Wat. We arrived on an early morning flight and the staff were very friendly at check in. We were greeted with a cold towel and drink. As platinum elite we were able to check in early and request late check out.
We were offered points or breakfast as the platinum gift and we chose breakfast. The breakfast had a variety of options across different cuisine types. We also appreciated that they offered to prepare a boxed breakfast for the morning we visited Angkor Wat for sunrise. The box came with hard boiled eggs, fruit, juicebox and some pastries so it was easy to eat on the go.
Since it was Valentine’s Day the front desk staff gave us lotus flowers at check in and another bouquet when we returned from touristing.
The front desk was very helpful during our stay and helped us arrange a tuk tuk driver during our stay that we paid for directly. They even helped explained what we were hoping to do on the first day so the driver knew to take us to pick up the tickets to see the temples and then around the small loop. We hired the same driver for our second day because he was so nice.
We used the pool once during our stay and it was a large size for a Courtyard. However at night bats appeared so we didn’t stay long once the sun set.
Overall as Marriott Loyalists we appreciate that there’s still a Marriott property in Siem Reap following the closure of the Le Meridien and would stay here again.
Outstanding hotel, but to be really nitpicking, nescafe coffee in the rooms is the worst coffee, bitter and tasteless when there are so many wonderful coffees in cambodia
Incredibly amazing hotel! Huge room!!! Beautiful breakfast! We stay at a ton of worldwide Marriott Brand hotels (ambassador level Bonvoy member) and this hotel has been one of our best stays ever! Super clean, extremely gracious. Excellent value for the spend. And the Presidential suite is out of this world!!!!
Quite a surprise actually how much we really enjoyed staying at this new Hotel. The decor was outstanding- The rooms were spacious, the location was great, the staff very friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast a 10 out of 10 and nice to see the head chef greeting and chatting with the guests, at the same time keeping a watchful eye on his breakfast buffet,
Great happy hour on the sky bar , the mixologist certainly well trained.
Short tuck tuck ride into town or use “ Bolt” if you want Aircon
Highly Recommend this property, Kudos to the management and all the staff and once again “ Marriott” always a safe bet 🥂🙏🏼
Ravintola ja allas alue
Huoneemme ilmastointilaite oli epäkunnossa ja huone oli niin kylmä että vilustuin ja sain nuhan. Lattia oli myös jääkylmä. Soitimme kahdesti asiasta respaan ja he tilasivat huoltomiehen.
We arrived early, before 8 am. The hotel tried their best to give us a room early and was able to allot the same by 9 am. Had a small breakfast by that time in their restaurant. We were upgraded on account of our Bonvoy Gold status.
This hotel is not a luxury resort but performs at par on all points as per expectations. The suite was large and beds and pillows are comfortable. Service was prompt. We had a lunch in their restaurant and while there was nothing wrong with the food and service, I thought they can do better on this space.
Stayed for 3 nights, and they were very comfortable.
The rooms do not have a great view but the balconies are huge and you will enjoy your morning cuppa there.
Overall a nice compact property.
Great experience with happiness Ride Pov showed everywhere around great Lively place siem reap - showed around angkor wat and siem reap
We planned a quick 2 day getaway to siem reap to visit the Angkor Wat and we chose Courtyard by Marriott for our stay.
The location was excellent with everything within a 10 minute tuk tuk ride radius. Though the rooms could use a little sprucing up - as they were a little too bland for my liking
Overall, i would recommend staying here.
Spent 2 nights here in order to visit Angkor Wat while I was in Cambodia. A nice enough property (on par with a US full service Marriott) with wonderful staff who are very eager to please, a trait of the Cambodian people in general. It is well positioned for general sightseeing and I would recommend a private tour guide for the temples. Try to get the Angkor Wat temple tour that has you starting out around 4.30am for hotel pick up and takes you out to the temple in absolute darkness, then sit and watch the sun rise slowly over the main part of the temple.
Back to the hotel review. It is clean and functional, there's a quick mart right outside on the main road for supplies. I had issues with the restaurant food, a pasta bolognese dish I ordered had zero taste, basically some pasta with a tomato sauce, zero Italian herbs or flavor. Also, a room service meal (burger) I had asked for well done, it was bright red inside. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality. Hats off to Mr Checko, the outlet manager.
I would stay here again certainly.
