My husband and I spent four nights at Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap earlier this month and had a fantastic experience. Early check-in, excellent breakfast with live cooking station manned by Chef Sanjay, and a relaxing rooftop bar stood out. The staff were exceptional and Ms Sokhey deserves special mention for her continued support even after our stay. We felt entirely comfortable in Siem Reap despite the issue at the border and would strongly recommend visiting.
A decent hotel with good value for money. Not overwhelming in luxury or attentiveness, but they gave us a nice room and the breakfast was good. Location is a bit outside of the city center, but for 2 USD in a tuktuk and 20 minutes later you are there. The hotel is spacious and has a nice swimming pool.
Hotel ambience is Dull and boring.
No lounge in the hotel, so even getting a cup of coffee quickly in the afternoon is a challenge. You have to order and wait half hour for room service. May नऊ is very limited, so that adds to the boring index.
Not much of a recognition for lifetime platinum bonvoy.
Hotel recommended tour guide way expensive and their knowledge was below par and skipped monuments. The guide knew even less than us and that says something.
Hotel arranged car for excursion skipped several sightseeing and dasjed back for no lack of timelines. Our complaint was ignored by front desk.
We spent several hours on a one day tour with Johnny as an English speaking guide visiting multiple temples. He is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Every time we made it back to the tuktuk, the driver had cold rags and cold water waiting on us. If I make it back here again I will look into the three day tour visiting other places like the water falls.
Lovely stay with excellent service by an attentive staff. We stayed (as a complementary upgrade due to my high Marriott status) in a 2-room suite that was large and comfortable with two bathrooms. The breakfast was substantial with a lot of options and the on-site restaurant was very good. We really enjoyed the pool and there was ample space we never had to wait for chairs or towels. We’d certainly return..
Rooms are big . Hotel is clean and breakfast was good
Bathroom door can’t lock and there was smell in bathroom
The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean.
The restaurant was terrible. I've never had worse service at a 4 star hotel. The portions were small, my burger was undercooked, they didn't restock the breakfast buffet, and the wait staff was terrible at the dinner service. There were 7 tables in the restaurant and 3 servers working and yet it still took 45 minutes to get soup and pasta.
Also, the pool tiles were coming off and they didn't restock the towels at the pool for an extended period of time.
My wife and I travelled to Siem Reap, Cambodia with a group of friends for a short holiday from Nov 19th 2025 to 25th Nov 2025. The hotel is very good value for money with nice spacious and clean rooms. What made our stay special was the excellent service by all staff throughout our stay.
We do want to specifically appreciate and commend a young lady at the reception, Sokhey. She was exceptionally helpful, always smiling and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. We are frequent travellors and have to say that Sokhey stood out as one of the best we have experienced in 5 star hotels around the world.
TUDO!
Have just finished a 3 night stay with my husband and we could not recommend this hotel enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, modern and decorated so nicely. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they helped us arrange dinners, day trips and more. In particular want to thank Samnang and the team at reception, she is a star and helped make it the best stay! Also thank you to the assistant manager ratha and all the staff that served us during our stay. The hotel is in a great location, just outside of the busy area and just a few minutes into town. We ate at the hotel a couple of times and enjoyed cocktails at the rooftop bar. If you’re booking a trip to Siem Reap definitely book here.
Staff were extremely nice. Location was a convenient distance from everything.
Very courteous staff
Wish they could serve some simple veg dish
Wonderful experience at the hotel thanks to the warm & attentive service by Mr. Ratha & team from arrival to departure & including a free room upgrade. Their local knowledge greatly helped us to plan a suitable itinerary matching our needs & pace. They also helped us locate a very friendly & knowledgeable guide (Neang) & helpful drivers to accompany our daily tours in Siem Reap.
Very clean and comfortable

Wonderful staff. Special thanks to Sinat from reception. Nice property, good breakfast. Normal gym and big room. For vacation its perfect! Location is ok, but a little far.
Will return there!
Excellent service, courteous staff members no exceptions.
Breakfast covered even our Indian dishes, few south based ones also.Surely recommend this to all going to Siemreap.
Excellent accommodation and particularly great service. All the staff were wonderful and were incredibly nice and welcoming. I dont think I’ve had better service at any other hotel.
Sak did a fantastic job planning our excursions to various temples and landmarks.
