Fred was very efficient & helpful in the restaurant. Service was spot on and food and drink were delicious. Friendly and helpful staff.

In travel, as in invention, I find that true excellence lives where function meets grace. Hilton Garden Inn Syokimau revealed itself to me as a carefully measured composition-modern, orderly, and quietly reassuring. The design is clean and purposeful, and my room felt like a private study: calm, well lit, and thoughtfully arranged for both rest and reflection. Despite the nearness of the airport, sleep came easily and without disturbance.
What truly elevated my stay was the human touch.
The staff moved with attentiveness rather than ceremony, anticipating needs with a craftsman's precision and genuine warmth. Meals were honest and well prepared, satisfying without excess. I especially enjoyed the rooftop space, where I found myself lingering, watching aircraft trace silver paths across the sky.
This is not a hotel that seeks to impress through ornament. Instead, it succeeds through intention.
Like a well-designed machine, it fulfills its purpose beautifully-and earns my respect in doing so.

Nice hotel, a word of warning though. Don't run up a bar tab and have it booked to your room. These people have such a poor system that when you pay your bar tab at the end of the night, it is't recorded and the front desk charges you a second time when you check out. Keep it simple and pay as you go, easier on the back pocket!

The Hotel in not Hotelly, for those who love a space thats easy and close to the airport with convivial feel in an uncrowded location, this would be it.

The waiters are very friendly and kind.
The last lunch was very good especially Synthia was very nice to us but in generall all the stuft was very good.

I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet thanks to Loise. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She anticipated needs before I even had to ask, checked on me with such warmth, and made the entire morning feel welcoming.

Staff like Loise make a huge difference in the guest experience. Her service was truly excellent, and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Loise, for starting my day with such hospitality!

My husband and I very much enjoy our stay here. It's location is close to the airport so when we arrived we were welcomed by the free shuttle, quick check-in, great food, room service, and helped with taxi/transportation during city visit.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at The Hilton Garden Inn in Nairobi. We found the staff very helpful and very friendly. One lady in particular went above and beyond. Always smiling and checking that we had everything we needed. Her name is Louise Musembi. My wife and I would happily visit again.

It was a great pleasure arriving here for the night.Located next to the airport saves you the early morning traffic. Friendly staff assisted with the luggage and the smiling Cynthia in the reception greeted me in Norwegian when she saw my passport. A pleasant surprise. Turned out she had studied in Norway.
The rooms are fresh and spacious, very clean and everything you need is here.
Went down to have dinner, and found a delicious buffet with tasty and warm food. Now it is time to sleep before taking the shuttle in the morning.
A very warm atmosphere, no noise from the planes and the highway.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport with nearby convenience store. The staff is amazing and helpful. I requested for Avocado sandwich which was not in the menu and Ms Solamee (I’m sorry if I am spelling the name wrong), she was the best.
She suggested a customised Avocado Vegetarian and they made it very well for me.
