Great hotel even though we didn’t get the large suite that we reserved and paid for.
Pros:

Location was pretty good and away from the busy Casinos, but still pretty close to Allegiant Stadium

Cons:

I didn’t get the large 2-Queen Suite that I had paid for, the Front Desk told me they had Sold Out of it. We arrived early and was told our room (Suite) wasn’t ready. They said to come back in the afternoon and we did. But when we arrived, they gave us a room (not a Suite) and that’s when we were told they were “Sold Out” of the Suite I originally Reserved and Paid for. They offered me a Discount but the room wasn’t ready still “too small” for the 4 of us as my friend and her son had to sleep on the Sofa Bed and NOT the Queen Bed that was in my original Reservation. I even called a few nights before my arrival and spoke to the front desk. She even told me that I reserved a good room (Upgraded to a 2-Queen Bed Suite) but that’s NOT what I got when I checked in. I have NEVER been so disappointed in my Room Reservations as I did with this one. I hope your hotel guests never have to experience what I did. We looked forward to this Trip (for the BTS Concert) for months. Only to find out my friend and her son had to sleep on a small, not so comfy sofa bed instead of a Queen Bed. Now that’s very disappointing and upsetting. I honestly feel I should get some kind of “Room Compensation” for the frustration your Front Desk employee had put us through. It was (2) young while girls.

very well run hotel
Pros:

great location, suite was very clean, with a big bed, very quiet. Pool area very quiet, very clean. Housekeeping asked us daily if we needed anything. Front desk greeted us each time we came into hotel, answered all our questions and provided us with a safe to keep money, passports in. I would definately choose this hotel again. Breakfast was faultless.

Staff was amazing and friendly!

Cons:

Be careful about parking, gives you an option to pay for the 21 for full day, versus having to pay 15-21 bucks every time you come in and out, but in the garage service is horrible so the payment won’t go through. So be very careful with that.

Nice and clean, lovely big room. Pool nice. Staff very pleasant!

Cons:

Gym didn’t have any treadmills working, appears close to the strip but Atleast 40 min walk.

Overall it was a good stay. It's a clean and modern property. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Room was very modern, spacious and clean. The mini kitchen area was very nice.

Cons:

The lighting was dim. When I looked at the bulbs, they were older generation flourescent bulbs, not LED. Lighting is important to me. LED would have been easy to do...and it's more energy efficient.
