Treebo Amber International

The rooms were clean and staff were friendly polite and respectful at all times during my stay .
Front office staff very helpful and guided me to all time. The property had sufficient amenities for guests comfortable stay.

Best place to stay around Andheri Kurla road the food was also great the location is prime and and connectivity is really great . The staf was polite and helpful and the rooms were clean and was great stay overall

Bad

The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to Mumbai airport. Everything else was very very poor.
Room. Needs a refurb, needs a window, needs hot water, needs dusting.
Breakfast. Boiled egg, make your own toast and make your own instant coffee.
Staff. Noisy talking especially around 2 AM.

Air flow was not there feels like underground so smells bad

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room.

So the area around is typically India…spots of wealth and spots of extreme poverty. The room we were provided did NOT have any windows so it felt more like a cell then a room. The bathroom was subpar and so not have any high expectations about it. The room itself was clean BUT the linens were really old and worn out. The TV did not work. My wife and I did NOT shower and waited to get to our other hotel. This is the Red Roof Inn of India for my US travelers.

Overall great experience at Treebo hotel stay. Recommended.

1. Terrible experience with the frontline staff of reception. They are very rude and don't know how to talk with customers.
2. The Hotel staffs are not at all flexible.
3. The frontline staffs need to be more trained and briefed on the policies and procedure of Treebo. They don't stick to their words at the time of taking booking and during actual booking. I had very bitter experience.

Treebo has a policy of paying half of the remaining amount at the time of checkout, but this hotel asked me to pay it at the time of check-in. I didn't really have time to book another hotel or to speak with customer care. So, felt kind of cornered that the policy can be altered by the hotel staff. Don't keep an option if its not really an option.

Its ok for a short term stay

Totally waste for money. Bed sheets and comforters were terrible. No internet connection. Receptionist connected net through his net. Not recommended.

Service needs improvement. Cleaning was not done on the 2nd day of my stay. Reception staffs need professional training. Room rate is on the higher side considering the level of service. Cleanliness is not up to the mark.

This is a very nice hotel (Hotel Amber International) Its location is also very good near by metro station Sakinaka. The staff of this hotel is also very nice and honest and his managerS is also very helpful.

A memorable stay! And a great location. The room was beautiful and spacious with a fantastic view of the Gateway of India. Ambience, interiors, staff, services, etc all over of a top notch quality.....

Staff was nice helpful room didn’t feel very clean the condiments bar was used up and empty packs were left. Bed was ok some black stain on sheet it was cleAn though maybe some ink stains maybe the sheets need to be replaced

The rooms will differ from the one shown in photos. Please be very alert while reserving rooms since the rooms may very well differ by a huge margin from what shown in the pictures. Also please make sure you see the room before you check yourself in.

Very good room satisfy with service all room temperature clean room ,good furniture, no out side voices and distrust when enter room you can easily sleep also i am happy to stay with Amber hotel if i come next time will definitely stay with you hotel ans very good Location near by main area

Very good lodging near the airport, good room service. Very easy transportation to the airport. Hotel is just few kms away from the airport, convenient for early morning travelors who wish to board without an hurry

We did a check-in at mid-night as we were just using the room for sleep. No towels, no coffee/tea/milk sachets, no tissue, no toilet paper roll, TV didn't work, super small entry to room with paint brushes, cups, glasses outside till we checked out. We got towels at 9am after repeated requests. Staff is friendly & helpful, room is clean, small but for the budget good, breakfast had sheera, chole bature which were nice. Didn't see tea/coffee but we were late as we could get ready after getting towels. Parking is available. Location is super close to International Airport. Room was recently renovated and could smell the paint although the room exteriors are old with dust and cob webs. Quite a few cute cats on the property. Overall for 1600 for 2 - I think it's good but with small changes can be great.
