Non è la prima volta che vengo al POD e penso che continuerò a tornarci nei miei prossimi viaggi a New York perché è una struttura moderna, essenziale e posizionata in un punto strategico. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, lo staff è molto professionale e cordiale, le camere sono piccole ma questo è nella filosofia del posto. Sconsigliato per chi vuole una suite o una stanza grande, molto confortevole per chi viaggia mentalmente leggero. Molto bene anche gli spazi comuni dove poter lavorare se necessario. La pulizia è buona ma potrebbe essere ancora più accurata nei piccoli dettagli, me lo auguro perché un posto così interessante deve preservare la sua qualità. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate, quindi si ha la sensazione di una privacy assoluta pur essendo in un hotel di più di 400 camere.
Un ringraziamento particolare per Mehdi che ha seguito ogni nostra necessità per tutto il soggiorno, interessandosi con cordialità di eventuali esigenze.

Pros:

Hotel moderno, todo súper limpio. La habitación era de las más pequeñas de todas pero para una persona sola el tamaño está perfecto. Las camas súper cómodas y sábanas limpias todos los días. El personal muy buena onda y siempre con buena predisposición. Tiene un restaurante en la entrada que al ser del hotel te hacen descuentos y el precio se queda muy bien.

In un bel quartiere
Pros:

Hotel situato in un bel quartiere residenziale, pieno di locali, ristoranti e negozi. Ti immerge nella vita reale di New York. Noi abbiamo soggiornato dal venerdì sera al lunedì mattina e questo ha permesso di parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada per l'intero weekend. Metropolitana situata a circa 200 metri a piedi, che porta a Manhattan in pochi minuti. La struttura è moderna e pulita. Personale gentile. Letto comodo. Stanza silenziosa. Bei giardini interni in cui rilassarsi o fare colazione

Cons:

Gabinetto e doccia condividono lo stesso spazio di un metro quadro circa: ogni volta che si fa la doccia, bisogna asciugare pavimento e tazza per evitare di bagnarsi o scivolare (sono peraltro forniti asciugamani e teli in numero maggiore del necessario). Sarebbe opportuno specificarlo nella descrizione. Le finestre sono oscurate da persiane scorrevoli orizzontalmente, che lasciano filtrare luce lateralmente. Il letto matrimoniale è situato contro il muro su uno dei due lati e ha una scrivania sul fondo: per andare in bagno di notte si rischia di svegliare l'altra persona.

Convenient location, steps from subway and other essentials.. There’s a gym with discounted access just down the street

Very thoughtfully designed launchpad for exploring a creative neighborhood and beyond.
Pros:

The hotel design was modern, airy, well-lit, and integrated the exterior landscaping and interior common spaces very comfortably.

Cons:

The space for hanging clothes was a little limited when there was a downpour and our clothes got soaked. A mini-fridge would have been nice. But overall, there was very efficient use of space in our room.
