I like the staff.
I don’t like that the speakers are always static when I connect my music to Bluetooth.
It was clean, the staff were excellent!! The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and bright!

Modern. Clean. Has lots of nice spaces to hang out outside your room which is impoetant because the rooms are so small there’s not even a chair to sit in. But I guess that’s the good idea.
They messed up my initial reservation for a queen plus room and so stayed in a regular queen for the first two nights. With two people that was way too cramped. They eventually got us in the right room which was better
The rooms are small as expected, but they work for solo traveling. I definitely think the cost per night could be slightly cheaper, maybe about $50 less considering how small of a space you're getting.
The room was clean and practical. I do think they should at least have small refrigerators for the rooms considering how much they are per night.
The shower in my room (253D) only went from hot water to piping hot water. I flagged it with the front desk but they weren't able to do anything. They just noted it on their end.
The TV remote for my room was also not working/must have had dead batteries. I told the front desk my first night but they didn't have anything to offer me (replacement batteries/new remote etc). I said it was fine and then requested a new remote my second night. They did send a guy up with a replacement remote. But it would've been nice to just come back the second night and they already replaced the non-working remote.
All in all the location is prime and very much worth the stay. I would stay here again since it's the only decent price point in this location that isn't some dodgy hotel. I appreciate the fact the hotel was clean.

Only hotel I have ever been to that did not have coffee. They should warn guests about this up front! A work out area or weight room would be nice
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Manish at the front desk, who kindly allowed me to check in early at no extra charge when I arrived before the official check-in time. His friendly and professional service made a great first impression. Highly recommended!
