The room size. It was kinda uncomfortable, also the sink was clogged.

Great location in Williamsburg!! Clean and well maintained. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Everything except the shower
The shower
I like the atmosphere of the property. It’s not loud, rooms are clean, staff is helpful, price doesn’t feel like extortion, location is great.
I don’t like that the toilet is in the shower but besides that, I enjoy the Pod.
Tiny space. Shower and toilet in the same stall. No refrigerator to store food.
The hotel has a very convenient location, it’s easy to find and close to the subway, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly. The room is small, but very clean and has everything necessary.
I would recommend installing full window coverings, as the current blinds only partially cover the windows.

The location was in the center of busy area in Brooklyn.
My personal item got thrown away by the house keeper. I wish their manager handled my situation with professional attitude. Unfortunately,her attitude made me uncomfortable.
