Nous avons dû fonctionner avec la 5G constamment. Le site pod guest apparaissait bien mais n’a jamais fonctionné donc ni internet ni télé.
The location and cleanliness is great!
The staff was very helpful during our stay - we were able to check in on the day of our arrival even before noon. Kudos to the staff for accomodating us!
Housekeeping was requested daily. There were two days out fo the 10 that we stayed that housekeeping did not come. But there was a snowstorm - so that's understandable.

Struttura essenziale ma accogliente, ottima zona, vicina alla metro e a numerosi servizi, per noi è stato meglio soggiornare qui che a Manhattan, camera corrispondente alle foto, nonostante fosse piccola era funzionale, personale gentile, apprezzabile il servizio del distributore d’acqua e le bevande calde la mattina, assolutamente consigliato.
Consigliamo, quando lo chiedono al momento del check-in, di dire che puliscano la camera tutti i giorni, non richiede supplemento, noi avevamo detto a giorni alterni ma i primi giorni abbiamo poi dovuto sollecitarlo, ad ogni modo in camera c’erano davvero parecchi asciugami quindi non abbiamo avuto un reale disagio.

This was our third stay and it was overall very good as per usual, however we did have issues with noise on our last night. The restaurant which was not open on previous stays had very loud music playing well into Saturday night. I called the front desk and they said the restaurant was having a party. They offered to move us to another room in lieu of asking to the restaurant to lower the volume. Not practical to move all of our belongings and a diabetic cat, litter box, etc at 11:00 at night when we were due to checkout the next morning.
Easy check in, good for if you just need a place to rest for the night.

Great location near to the subway without feeling too busy. Lots of excellent food in the neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room is small with not a lot of storage - but not an issue as I was only there one night!

POD rooms are simply too small for couples. Common areas could be bigger and more inviting because the rooms are so small.
