The rooms are really good. I’ve never seen anything like it for a three star hotel. I stayed in higher stars and had less. Location, location, location! Your employee Marva is GREAT

Breakfast was pretty good, I like the hotel is eco-friendly, staff was helpful and friendly the options for accessible rooms with various amenities was extraordinary to see, having family/friends with disabilities I will definitely recommend home 2 hilton in nulu.
the air conitioner/heater was pretty dusty and dirty, housekeeping switched linens during my stay but didnt grab dirty was clothes from bathroom -

Breakfast was ok, typical hotel fare. The Gal that worked the desk during the day was FANTASTIC! Telling us about places to eat, visit and enjoy. Very friendly and pleasant!
Parking was expensive.

Rooms were a bit dated and the sink in the kitchenette didn’t drain well when I was washing dishes.

I didn’t like the parking, the lot was small, but understandable for the area.
Breakfast
Air wasn’t cooling. Maintenance guy came to look at the air. And then he left and never came back. Bathroom door was stuck in wall. Changed room and then toilet would on and off not flush. And kids and grandson went to pool and a young couple was in it and was not being appropriate. So they left. Told a staff member and they didn’t so anything.
They are always so friendly. The facilities are clean very close to the hospital.
No compliance at all
Easy walking distance to distillery, restaurants, shopping in NuLu. Curb drop off available. Parking was across the street. Rooms were well equipped. Great breakfast

AC seemed to stop when we left room so it would not be comfortable upon our return.

Great location, breakfast was good, the pool and gym is nice, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room. The AC wasn’t functioning properly in my room or a friends room. It would come on and go off constantly. It was set to 68 degrees but stayed at 74 it was too hot. No lamp on one side of the bed. Constant noise above our room thumping day and night.The bed seemed like an old coil mattress it was squeaky and uncomfortable, the bedding wasn’t very nice either. The garbage in the hallway next to the elevator smelled terrible for three days. The parking lot was 20 dollars a night I didn’t see the price listed on the booking I thought it was free.
The beds were nice.
The elevator wasn’t working, never got trash bags for our room, they rushed to get us blankets. People somewhere next door or down the hall were loud at 11 o’clock at night!
