We love staying here. They treat us just like family. They are the best.
Pros:

They are always so friendly. The facilities are clean very close to the hospital.

Pros:

Easy walking distance to distillery, restaurants, shopping in NuLu. Curb drop off available. Parking was across the street. Rooms were well equipped. Great breakfast

It was okay. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels for a similar price.
Pros:

Great location, breakfast was good, the pool and gym is nice, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room. The AC wasn’t functioning properly in my room or a friends room. It would come on and go off constantly. It was set to 68 degrees but stayed at 74 it was too hot. No lamp on one side of the bed. Constant noise above our room thumping day and night.The bed seemed like an old coil mattress it was squeaky and uncomfortable, the bedding wasn’t very nice either. The garbage in the hallway next to the elevator smelled terrible for three days. The parking lot was 20 dollars a night I didn’t see the price listed on the booking I thought it was free.

It was decent but could’ve been better.
Pros:

The beds were nice.

Cons:

The elevator wasn’t working, never got trash bags for our room, they rushed to get us blankets. People somewhere next door or down the hall were loud at 11 o’clock at night!

Not a bad hotel but no longer my choice of place when in Louisville.

Sink had no hot water, shower curtains were dirty and stained. The signs you hang on the door were ripped up and placed on the counter.

Pros:

El servicio muy bueno, incluso a la hora que llegamos. Los bagels. La habitación enorme con buenas camas y división.

Was in Louisville for my daughter to have surgery. Was close to the hospital. If the booking online said had to pay for

Close to the hospital

Cons:

20.00 a day for parking. Extremely noisy at night. Children running and screaming in room above us at 2:00am. Sounded like a bowling ball being rolled around most of the night

Pros:

Very clean, easy to get around everything downtown. Prime location.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking but it was still only 20 dollars for overnight. So I can’t complain.

I would never stay there again
Pros:

I like just the fact that the property was close to downtown

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. One of the bed frames was broken and sticking out.
The breakfast was very poor
