Great location
Pros:

Location was great for our goals (Gilette Stadium). There are plenty of stores around, and it's a quick drive downtown.

There was no breakfast. The food service was very slow. Even had to wait 30 minute for a beer

Great stay with family
Pros:

We arrived late at night driving after work from Jersey and the staff were very much accommodating when we called that we’d be coming in late at night. The staff who checked us in were all professional. We got the 2 queen suite and it was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults/2kids). We didn’t use any hotel facility during our stay as we were always out. The breakfast was awesome, as it was hot and fresh, made to order at the bistro, and the staff were exceptional as well.

Disappointed
Pros:

Hotel location is close to our family members who live in MA. We booked 4 rooms at this location last year and we had an awesome experience. Unfortunately, the experience this year was poor.

Cons:

The restaurant did not have a chef, and the options were extremely limited. In addition, the pool was closed. We were told it's been down for a year due to broken heaters. We secured 4 rooms in this hotel last year and these were the top 2 reasons for our stay. We were expecting the same experience when we booked 4 rooms for family this year. We are in search for another hotel for our family for Christmas and at this point we not booking with Marriott. We should have been told this information when we booked.

Very good value, service and staff
Pros:

Great service from all staff. Very clean hotel and updated. The only bad thing was that the pool/spa was not working, nor was the bar open due to short staffing. After a 10 hour drive I was looking forward to both!! Nice area and would stay there again!
