Pros:

The staff was polite and friendly

Cons:

The room reminded of a dormitory, very different vibe from the pictures. The shower was leaking, there was a big puddle on the floor every time. No place to put the toiletries by the sink. Almost half of the room service menu wasn’t available, after an hour of back and forth calls with the restaurant I had to order a delivery from a different place.

Чудовий клубний готель з ідеальним розташуванням, якщо плануєте багато гуляти центром пішки, сучасні чисті номери з усім необхідним, прекрасний сніданок, турботливий персонал, власна парковка перед готелем, надійне укриття з можливістю зручно поспати, власний потужний генератор. Моя родина задоволена вибором готелю на 100%.

В цілому ок, але не відповідає своєму ціннику. Персонал очевидно не гребує привласнити чужі речі.
Pros:

Чудовий внутрішній сад і сніданок.

Cons:

Меблі та підлога в номері добряче потерті.
Рішення щодо напівпрозорих дверей в туалет без звуко ізоляції вважаю не найкращим.

Забув в номері досить коштовну річ. Персонал готелю стверджує, що її не знаходив. Дивна поведінка для готелю який позиціонує себе як преміум сегмент.
