Воздорг, спасибо за прекрасные выходные .
Pros:

Уже не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Все на высшем уровне начиная с выхода из такси, вас мило встречают и проведают до ресепшене, весь персонал очень любезный и доброжелательный. Номера очень просторные и чистые. Спасибо за презенты в номере. Шоколад просто изысканный. ♥️всегда будем возвращаться к Вам.

Pros:

My room was like a small apartments. Feel cozy. Close to office.

Cons:

Spa is included, but you need to order it in advance and you have limited time to use it.
I would prefer to use spa whenever I have free time after office and just turn up in spa without any advance plans.

No heating, was a bit cold, especially in bathroom.

Комфорт та суцільна зневага
Pros:

Шикарний готель, охайний номер, просторо, смачні страви в ресторані, це крутецкий готель який повністю виправдовує свою ціну, тут тобі і спа, і масажі, і ресторан, і бар, і сучасний ремонт. Вперше за довгий час виникло відчуття ідилії. Хоча потім воно повністю було зруйновано діями персоналу, але факту загального комфорту це не змінює.

Cons:

Нажаль, в вечері у день заселення, виникло суттєве, та недолуге за своєю суттю, непорозуміння з персоналом на рецепшені, яке, нажаль, закриває для мене особисто можливість відвідування цього чудового, та комфортного готелю у подальшій перспективі.

Не дивлячись на 4 або навіть 5 зауважень поспіль, мене, як гостя готелю, не тільки не було почуто, а й умисно проігноровпно, а в подальшому й взагалі знехтувано мої, як гостя, інтереси, що дуже, дуже дивно, бо в інших готелях де я зупиняюсь такої проблеми взагалі не існувало і не існує.

То ж, сам по собі готель офігезний, але персонал може нагло, умовно кажучи, "плюнути" тобі, як гостю, в обличчя і начхати на твої, доволі логічні, та обґрунтовані інтереси.
