Moldy smell in the room. Not the best choice. Sorry.

The exterior of the hotel is nice.

Cons:

Sadly, there is a lot of moldy smell. The whole bathroom ceiling is moldy. My dad had to sleep on towels because the pillows smelled moldy. Sadly there is no ventilation in the bathroom so it gets into the walls and everything. Also no way to really lock your room with a little chain or anything. Area didnt feel the best. For local prices the hotel isnt the cheapest but the service is not the best. We stayed in many places in Mexico and this one was the most moldy smelling place.

La Ubicación, fuimos al festival del papalote y estaba muy cerca, el personal muy amable y pet friendly sin problema.

Excelente hotel muy recomendable.
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El lugar en general muy bonito con áres verdes. El desayuno en el restaurante la carreta muy rico y buen precio.

Bien ubicado y buen servicio.
Pros:

El Hotel bien ubicado, a menos de 10 minutos caminando del Templo/Pirámide, cerca hay muchos restaurantes y negocios, la zona es tranquila, el estacionamiento del Hotel bastante amplio y el personal muy atento. Se les descompuso el calentador de la habitaciones en la que estábamos, y nos ofrecieron prestarnos otra para bañarnos, no fue necesario porque nos alcanzamos a bañar el día anterior, pero se agardece la atención. En general una estancia cómoda y el precio me pareció bastante accesible.

Cons:

No hubo algo que no me haya gustado del hotel, en general me pareció bien, sólo podría sugerir trabajar en ir remodelando las instalaciones, y en el mantenimeinto.
