Not for family stay
Pros:

The location is great as you can walk to many places.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was no.12 which was located right above the kitchen and next to beer garden. Thankfully loud party outside packed up around 8.30pm, however the Kitchen started their cleaning process around 8pm and didn’t finish until 11pm. The constant banging noise, door slamming, loud staff noises. It was awful, we could not sleep, our kid kept waking up. As a family especially if you have school event on next day and need to get a good night sleep, Do yourself a favour and pick a different place to stay.

Value for money, comfy beds, great location, friendly and welcoming staff
Pros:

Location is great, parking across the roads easy walk along the lake shore
Service dog friendly which is great
Staff friendly even with a late check in
Private bathroom

Cons:

Noisy from external ventilation , as an older property there was a musty smell and bathroom could do with a really good clean

Pros:

It was quiet and besides the curtains was otherwise clean and well presented and I would stay again if the curtains were clean.

Cons:

The curtains were mouldy. I only discovered that they were mouldy in the morning otherwise I would have noted with staff at the time.

We had a relaxing stay

The bed and the shower were fantastic. Best shower ever. Great spot for walking and everything we needed was close by
