Enttäuschend
Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft offensichtlich nicht gereinigt worden. Der Spiegel war voller Zahnpasta- und Spuckreste, in der Toilette befanden sich Schamhaare und für eine sechsköpfige Familie war nicht einmal Toilettenpapier vorhanden – eine absolute Frechheit.

A great place to stay in Beachport. A few little tweeks would have made it perfect.
Pros:

Loved that we were given a bottle of wine due to the dishwasher being out of action!
Great location and lovely apartment with double glazing and heated bathroom floors.

Cons:

Would have loved a gas heater in our room as the photos suggested.
Would have loved a few more teabags and a decent container of milk instead of silly little cream containers. This would cost very little. Would have liked the apartment to be able to be warmed above 23 degrees as it was very cold outside.

Brilliant Short Stay
Pros:

It was very clean and right across the road from the beautiful jetty. The bed was very comfortable and our dog was welcome too. Everything we needed for a short stay.

Disappointing. You need to speak to your cleaners to lift their game

The location was great

Cons:

The cleanliness was questionable. We could not use the dishwasher as it wasn’t in a clean condition. We ran a cycle to see if it would clean and it was still unusable. I went to do some washing and the machine was also dirty. I had to wipe it out before I could use it and while doing so I found a pair of ladies underwear in there 😳

Pros:

The location is wonderful. Even though is was right next to the roundabout it was quiet and offered a great view of the very long jetty.
All main attractions in town centre a within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Even though there was a capsule coffe maker we missed a coffee plunger.
Unfortunately just boiling water for pasta with the untensils we hat took ages. I've no clue why.

Excellent accommodation, well presented, comfortable, highly recommend if you're visiting beachport.
Pros:

Access was very easy with a pin code texted to me earlier on the day of arrival. Very central location, easy to find with the pub next door that does good food at pretty reasonable prices. Great view from the main living area and the shower in the bathroom is huge. Fully equipped accommodation in a great location with on site parking.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

We still enjoyed the accommodation very much. Best view.

Love the location, and the view. Bed was very and clean.

Cons:

Was disappointed the coffee machine milk frother was not there, and did not connect to that machine. I believe it belonged to another machine. Also could not get the oven or dishwasher to work. I did catch up with the cleaners on the way out Sunday morning to ask how this works, not sure if room 5 is faulty or we did it wrong, but needs instructions. There is a lot of left over soap powder residue in the dishwasher and an old half used pod in it. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Beautifully located along esplanade. Clean at absolutely high level

Cons:

Maybe a rug or something to wash the floor. We stayed on a rainy weekend and it's muddy. Although it's a not a major issue.

Great stay
Cons:

No window in single room. Wanted to sit outside but balcony door locked no key. Washing machine was very loud and no instructions on use. Black mark on lounge room wall could have been maintained. The shower cubicle is not cleaned to standard. Cleaner uses white power to clean and does not clean it it odd. Grouting not cleaned and scum has accumulated on the bottom of the shower screen. The bathroom door knob was nearly off and my husband took time to repair it. This is not a criticism but constructive feedback back.
