Great staff and security. The property was clean and modern.

The staff did their best to provide good service. Spacious apartment with full kitchen, but nowhere near to buy groceries. This hotel is not on the beach. You can get a five minute ride to another hotel with a nice beach. If you consume for a set minimum charge you get beach access. Nor does it have a restaurant, gym, or spa. You can order in food from an outside restaurant.

We had a beautiful stay! The condo was spacious and peaceful. Everyone was a delight. A bit of language barrier as we didnt speak spanish but translation on phone worked perfectly! Antonio and team were very accomodating and friendly!
Elvis was SUPER he drove us to dinner at a beautiful lobster resturant made reservations for us as well as access to private club. Next day he even checked on us at condo and brought us food! After leaving we missed everyone and drove over on golfcart to say hello! We even met the owner who was super nice! Thank you for a beautiful stay and we hope to return soon!

Unique service great acomodación I will do it again

Vianna nice wiman at check in! Very accommodating staff! Decor was nice! Water was very slow - shower head not great in master suite! Beach club was pretty and relaxing , but food drink and wait staff not so good!

The property looked exactly how it was on internet. Only issue need more kitchen supplies..ie pots dishes.etc. Staff was excellent (Elvis was exceptional)Property is directly across the street from Hard Rock Hotel

Location can't be beat if you want to experience the Hard Rock Resort without paying super-high Hard Rock room rates. Day passes are almost always available, and if not, the property has a lovely pool onsite and daily privileges at the beach club next to Hard Rock just a golf cart ride away. And the suites are brand new, with complete kitchens,multiple balconies and a full bath in each bedroom.

Beach Rock Condos are the perfect accommodations for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls trip, retreat and/or long term rental. These apts are spacious and private. The hotel only has 8 units ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms, a private pool an rooftop Jacuzzi. The boutique hotel was perfect for our family of 4. There is a beach club as well that you have access to and that was the best of both worlds, since there was a pool and restaurant at the beach club. The staff (Elvis) was also very accommodating, offering to take us to the grocery store to shop, beach etc. However, there are some improvements that I would recommend. The hotel is run more like an airbnb but the apts lacked some of the essentials needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The cable and internet was also intermittent. Hot water was minimal and certainly not enough for the number of ppl these apts can accommodate. Maid service was available but not offered during our stay therefore, we didn't get clean towels or sheets changed until we asked on the 3rd day.
Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay at the Beach rock condos and we would visit again. I hope by that time most of the kinks have been ironed out. Some other things to note. While you share the grounds with the Hard Rock Hotel you can't use their facilities only the casino. A cab to the airport from this location cost $50 and most of the staff and security don't speak English. Can be hard to communicate if you don't know Spanish.

We added this hotel onto our trip to extend our vacation one day. It was a good place to stay and clean. Limited food selection and fairly expensive to eat there but not much for other choices in the area. The facility was clean and new. Construction lots on both sides of the hotel so the view isn't the greatest. Beds were good and the employees were accommodating. The safe in the room wouldn't work. The beach facilities were good, but you needed a ride to get there. I wouldn't book an entire vacation there but for only a couple nights, it would be fine.

Power and water went off at midnight ..all other neighbors had both.

The staff was super friendly and the rooms are huge.Thanks for the steaks Elvis! We will be headed back to the area for the next two years and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff was courteous, and accommodating with anything we needed. The room was luxurious and spacious. It’s a spacious apartment, although there’s still doing some construction we never noticed.
