Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The tv screen was peeling badly. Bathroom mirror dirty. Skid mark in toilet bowl. It was so far from shops to walk and no food facilities on sight. It’s located in the middle of nowhere.

Cons:

We booked this room expecting it to meet basic Airbnb standards, but unfortunately it did not. The door was broken, the TV was not working, and the drinking water was overpriced. The aircon suddenly turned off, which was very inconvenient. We booked the place as good for 5 guests, but only 4 people could sleep comfortably, with 2 per room. Overall, the price did not match the quality and amenities provided.

Pros:

Cheaper than its usual value
Pros:

Good for its price

Cons:

1. We paid 400 for parking space. We were not informed of the vertical clearance allowance of the property and our van did not fit leaving us with the common open area as the main parking which is quite a far walk from the units. That part we kind of dealt with as maybe they didnt anticipate it so it was ok. Bt when we left, the hosts said theyd relay to the guards that we should have acces for the entire stay in the common parking without limited durstion. Additionally, guard assured us that the spot would be reserved for us given that we paid the convenience fee of reserving a parking spot. To our surprise when we got back from a quick supply run, common parking space did not have any reserved spot for us, worst part is that nobody did anything about it. We had to move motorbikes around to fit our van in, not to mention walking all the way in to the units afterwards. First mistake about this was that the said reservation of the spot did not happen, 2nd, the fact that we ourselves were able to work our way around scattered motorbikes, why couldnt the guard or staff do that for us or help us at the least? Even after all of this, parking fee was not waived nor discounted.

2. It was advertised that rooms had a double deck comfortably fitting 5 for each unit bt it was double beds per room accommodating 4 people only. With just extra foams leaving excess counts on the floor. Luckily, some people in our group did not push through.

3. No bidet

Overall, theres not much to complain about since its a value lower than usual. But if you want to keep clients satisfied, i dont think you should base service on money paid.

It was quite, new mattress

Cons:

Far away from food, or other activities, there were broken dishes in the cabinet, internet was weak at best, plastic on mattress, the hutch look very beaten up. The chair was as broken and you couldn’t sit on it.
