Feeling part of the family!
Pros:

The family is so kind and warm hospitality. This hotel is very calm but very close by walk to the Hanoï effervescence. You can walk to the train street in 5 min.

You have plenty of good restaurant!

The family is serving a very good breakfast and you can taste the love in the plate!

It’s really a little gem and my family really enjoy this place!

Pros:

My personal favorite hotel in Hanoi and it is very cheap. The room on the 4th floor probably has the nicest and largest balcony you can get in Hanoi for that price (or generally?)
During the night it is very silent. There is both a fan and an air conditioning in the rooms so you can choose. The hotel is family run and everyone is friendly. It is situated in a very interesting back alley with a daily market and some popular Hanoian cuisine along the way. Hope to return soon!

Excellente localisation.

Pros:

Process to check-in was really fast. They were able to help us exchange money at a good rate as well as book us a ride to Ninh Binh for the same price as klook. She gave us recommendations for places to stay. The room had all the essentials and was clean. They always set the bed for us and give us water everyday. Highly recommend.
