テレビが見れない！
Pros:

ホテルがコンサート会場のすぐ裏の位置でよかった。

Cons:

テレビが初期設定されておらずBS放送以外見れなかった。普通なら部屋交換などすべき所だと思うが、満室らしくそういう対応はなかった。

早朝の羽田空港利用時には問題はなかったです。

オートロックではないので鍵がかかっていないことに気づくまでは鍵が開いておりました。
