It is in main city. Every thing is close including market. Value for money.

It’s really a unhygienic property. Not well maintained. Kindly remove from your list it spoils your reputation

The only thing to recommend this hotel is its location, 5-10 minutes walk from New Delhi Railway Station through the main bazaar in Paharganj. There is a small restaurant which also provides room service; the food was reasonable and the staff helpful and pleasant. Reading other reviews, I wonder if we had a particularly bad room but it was awful. We had an interior room without air conditioning, so check when booking. Also a squat toilet rather than western style and it was filthy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Best overall budget hotel that we visited in India.

I don't know where to begin, it's was a really bad experience staying here even if I take in consideration the cheap price and I'm glad we only booked one night. It shouldn't be a 3 star hotel to start with, if you consider it as a 1 star hotel you might not get disappointed by staying here. Here's why we think it was a bad stay:
First room (we changed because the power kept coming on and off in our room): the AC-unit was the dirtiest I've ever saw, all taps in the mouldy bathroom was leaking so the floor was wet, we had to ask for soap and toilet paper because there were none when we arrived, only one towel (which was washed but looked old and dirty), in general the room didn't look clean and the trash bin had not been emptied.
Second room: A tiny bit nicer and cleaner, however, the window was facing the busy Main Bazaar Road which made the room really noisy, very bad water preassure and at one point we even had no water at all for the shower, toilet and sink, broken and/or old furnitures, stained walls and dirty linens, holes in the wall, missing light switch buttons and in general the room was in a poor state.
The included breakfast was not good so I'm glad we only paid like 3 euros extra for that for two persons.
The night before we stayed at a much nicer place for the exact same amount of money, so our recommendation is to NOT choose this hotel. The only reason this hotel doesn't get the absolute lowest score is because the staff was very helpful and nice!

The hotel experience was one of the worst that I have had - as my expectations were set to the three-star rating and the appealing images on the site. The hotel lobby is very dirty and bed linens had several stains on them. I am not sure if the sheets had been washed/cleaned, but they did not look, feel or smell like they were clean. There was also a used condom on the floor of the room just before the door to the washroom. This was revealed when the "welcome" mat was moved while stepping into the washroom - it was not a pleasant surprise. Becuase of these conditions, I checked out of the hotel after one night and I moved to new accommodations. I was very disappointed with Expedia's quality control - and again with the deceptive images that are on the site.

Great hotel in delhi hotel vishal I was stay in 5 days amazing stay. Service was good and rooms are neat and clean. Food was amazing. Special to mr Anand Tanwarbwas very helpful and comparative if any issues so pls contact mr. Anand

I stayed in Vishal hotel,staffing was so good,everything was so neat & clean,management was quiet familier with us,it was very nice experience with vishal hotel,i met with one of travel agent whose name is Mr.sharma,he was very polite with nature,and guided me very nicely and provided best possible services with relates to tour & travels.He was really helpful till the time i was in hotel.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hotel vishal 2 nuits pour 3 jours. Personnel très disponible à toute heure de la journée pour l'accueil et ils nous ont gardé les bagages en journée alors que nous avions rendu la chambre. La chambre pour 2 était correcte pas d'un grand luxe mais fonctionnelle et bien située proche de la gare et à une dizaine de minute à pied de connaugh place.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff once again in Hotel Vishal. I would especially like to thank Anand. it was wonderfully helpful to us during our stay, so kind and professional. Looking forward to returning again this year. One More thing rooftop restaurant is amazing view. must see the rooftop Restaurant.

Unfortunately, my room was at the top of the hotel and there was a bar. The bar was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. Execpt that, the hotel was recommendable.

Great room, great staff, great bed. Power was occasionally patchy, but that's expected. Internet was patchy - usually good enough to work, sometimes good enough to watch Netflix

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vishal. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room attractive and spotlessly clean. The hotel is well located and quiet. Food & bakery items were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
