Good location, staff excellent, needs maintenance.
Pros:

The staff were excellent; the pools were good and the layout of the villa was fine.

Cons:

It needs maintenance; there was black mould in the bathrooms and the living area, plus there was major leaking over the villa’s front door which meant any sores left there would get wet. If those things were fixed, I would highly recommend it.

Good location, lovely staff, subpar accommodation for the price.
Pros:

I liked the location, it was close to the centre of Ubud but very quiet.

Cons:

Unfortunately the property had a lot of damage. Water damage throughout the property causing leaks, there is a big hole in the upstairs wall boarded up with holes that allows cats and other animals to enter. The locks on doors were dodgy and could easily break. Mold present in the bathrooms and under kitchen sink. No tea towels or amenities to wash dishes. I believe the photos compared to reality are very different.

Pros:

Quiet away from vehicle and foot traffic. Staff are attentive and friendly. Wi-Fi was great. Great shower with more than adequate hot water. Bed is comfortable with quality linen and pillows. A/C unit ran quiet and efficiently. Safe and secure area.

Cons:

Restaurant food is not the best although I only tried twice out of my 9 days of staying. On one day, the resident across the street was burning the grass inside their compound which the A/C unit intake was blowing into my suite. Outside was worse as it was affecting my breathing I had to leave the premises to avoid the smoke.

Pros:

Absolutely amazing, nothing was too much 24/7 room service. 2 minute walk to shopping. Driver was amazing nowhere was too far. The staff interacted with the kids very well.

our stay is satisfactory.
Pros:

The hotel's landscaping and gardening is quite good; the pool is quite okay and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathrooms not properly attended. Housekeeping seems to be weak. Breakfast if somewhat okay but very limited choices.
