Es war wie immer sehr schön und die Terrasse und Qualität des Essens sind hervorragend.

Cons:

Es wäre schön wenn in einem DZ auch zwei Sitzgelegenheiten wären.
Und angesichts der Preise des Zimmers halte ich es für nicht gerechtfertigt für zwei egga Benedikt zum Frühstück 18!! € extra zu berechnen.

Die Panoramaterrasse mit herrlichem Blick und die Deko mit Kaminfoyer im Foyer.

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Empfangsgetränk und eine Vorstellung der Räumlichkeiten versprochen. Seitens der Mitarbeiter wurde dies nicht eingehalten. Das Personal war größtenteils uninteressiert. Hunde sind angeblich willkommen, sind sie aber nicht. Wir wurden deswegen am Abend des Restaurants verwiesen und mussten uns dann nochmal nach einer Alternative umsehen. Ab diesem Moment waren wir abgeschrieben. Wir wurden ignoriert, obwohl wir wirklich sehr kommunikativ sind und auch zu keiner Sekunde unfreundlich waren. Das Zimmer war nicht mehr up to date. Mehrere Dinge defekt. Hellhörig. Gluckern im Bad, wenn die Bewohner über uns gespült haben. Die Lüftung war schmutzig. Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich besonders. Die Auswahl war überschaubar. Eggs Benedikt oder ein Avocadobrot kosteten nochmals 15 bis 18 eur Aufpreis. Der Preis von knapp 800 eur für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück ist ein Witz. Resumé: Außen hui, innen pfui

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Ambiente, ungenügender Service
Pros:

Die Lage mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht. Zudem die Architektur des Hotels mit viel Liebe zum Detail sowie der wunderschöne Garten und die Poolanlage. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr Lecker. Der Roomservice war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Personal im Service war mehrheitlich überfordert und unaufmerksam. Leider vermochte dies auch die Leitung nicht aufzufangen. Zudem wurden wir nach einem Vorkommnis im Zusammenhang mit einem Parkschaden in der Hotelgarage unprofessionell und sehr unfreundliche behandelt.
