Pros:

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute hat dieses Hotel überzeugt. Das Abendessen war hervorragend – sowohl qualitativ als auch in der Präsentation – und das Frühstück hat den Tag jeden Morgen perfekt eingeleitet. Beides wurde in einer angenehmen, einladenden Atmosphäre serviert, die zum Verweilen einlud.
Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Pflege und Details gelegt wird – nichts fehlte, alles war gepflegt.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der SPA-Bereich, der wirklich schön gestaltet ist und eine wohltuende Auszeit vom Alltag bietet. Aber das i-Tüpfelchen war das Personal: zuvorkommend, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit – ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.
Klare Weiterempfehlung für alle, die einen erholsamen und gepflegten Aufenthalt suchen!

Cons:

Was noch besser sein könnte: Der SPA-Bereich hätte für meinen Geschmack abends gerne länger geöffnet sein dürfen – nach einem langen Tag wäre das ein echter Mehrwert. Außerdem würde ein Fitnessbereich das Angebot wunderbar abrunden und das Hotel für sportlich aktive Gäste noch attraktiver machen.
Trotz dieser kleinen Wünsche eine klare Weiterempfehlung für alle, die einen erholsamen und gepflegten Aufenthalt suchen!

La piscina interna mal tenuta e senza vista con vetri esterni sporchi, poca varietà di buffet e nessuna specialita italiana, personale del ristorante incompetente. Materasso da letto non confortevole, lo spa senza spogliatoio..
Ho chiesto al ricevimento come mai non fate cucina italiana dato che siamo patrimonio unesco, mi hanno risposto che fanno cucina alto altesina tirolese che in realta e una cucina austriaca e tedesca quindi vi lascio immaginare che pasticci che fanno nel mangiare, peccato perché l'hôtel e molto bello ma devono lavorare nella piscina interna e sopratutto la cucina che non e italiana ed e un peccato.

Einfach eine herrliche Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen!

Das Personal besticht mit seiner Freundlichkeit, wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohl aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Bett war ein Traum. Wellnessbereich war super und ausreichend. Die Massage war einfach hervorragend! Außerdem gab es jeden Tag ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Cons:

Leider ja, nachdem die alten Hygienetüten aufgebraucht waren, wurde eine neue hingelegt. An der Dose waren blutverschmierte Fingerabdrücke drauf. Die haben wir dann mit einem Desinfektionstuch entfernt.

Pros:

Struttura bella e moderna, camere molto spaziose, pulizia impeccabile. Cibo fantastico! Colazione molto variegata, tutto delizioso, merenda/aperitivo con ampia selezione di dolci tutti buonissimi, cena con antipasto a buffet fantastico! Zona spa e piscine molto pulite!!

Cons:

Zona relax per adulti al quarto piano troppo piccola mentre quella al piano terra purtroppo non è insonorizzata e si sente tutto il trambusto della cucina e del corridoio, perciò risulta poco rilassante.

Sve je bilo na top razini 10/10. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti sa zadovoljstvom.

Cons:

Mala zamjerka, imali smo polupansion, razumljivo je da prilikom večere (koja je 10/10 inače 😃), piće nije uključeno u cijenu, ali konobari su držali “bokal sa vodom” na nekom stolu, nekad smo se sami poslužili sa navedenim, nekad bi oni donijeli na naš zahtjev. Navedeni “bokal s vodom” je naplaćen (vjerojatno jer ja i žena pijemo samo vodu dok večeramo, razlog za to je, jer nam samo to odgovara dok jedemo), što mislim da nije korektno jer je to ipak voda iz slavine, prateći situaciju s druge strane, gosti koji bi naručili vino, nisu dobijali račun za “vodu iz bokala”.
Savjet je da maknete “bokale s vodom” pa koristite i naplaćujte samo flaširanu vodu kako vam se gosti nebi osjećali “neugodno”, u datim trenutcima. 🫣

Sve ostalo 10/10. Oduševljeni smo i zahvalni na gostoprimstvu.
