W Suzhou

It was so nice and service was amazing. Only complaint was that the room lighting was very dim. Hard to get good lighting in front of the mirrors and sometimes hard to see when I needed to do work

I recently stayed at the W Hotel Suzhou and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic – a perfect blend of modern design and comfort – and the location couldn’t be better. My room was very nice, spacious, and well-maintained. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team on the 23rd floor for doing a top-notch job throughout my stay.

The gym is great, very well-equipped, and the staff there are exceptionally nice and helpful, which made training during my trip a pleasure.

I also want to highlight the outstanding support I received from Corrine, who made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. The Woobar staff felt like family, creating such a welcoming and fun atmosphere.

And then there’s DJ Mark – absolutely the heart and soul of the W Hotel Suzhou! His music and energy completely transform the vibe of the place. Without DJ Mark, the W wouldn’t have the same signature atmosphere that makes it so special.

All in all, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

had a very pleasant stay at W hotel! The service from beginning till the end was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean.
Very nice gym with amazing views and lovely pool!
I also love the location as it's just by jingji lake, 5-10 min walk from the fountain light show which is everyday in the evening!
At the check in I received little gift which is two vouchers for drinks in their bar. Although surprising very quiet bar consider it was Saturday evening but free drinks so no complain
Also, most of the stuff spoke English which is great.
Breakfast was ok. It's a buffet. I would say not many western options however Chinese varieties makes up for it!
Overall very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again :)

The General Manager (Nicholas Wong) deserves special recognition for his exceptional leadership and personal touch. Throughout our stay, he was ever-present and genuinely engaged with guests, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. His hands-on approach and attention to detail clearly sets the tone for the entire property, and it shows in every interaction.

The staff at W Suzhou are simply wonderful - a true reflection of outstanding hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless checkout process, every team member we encountered was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The housekeeping staff maintained our room in spotless condition throughout our stay, with impeccable attention to detail that made returning to our room a daily pleasure.

Dining at SU Yan was an absolute highlight of our trip. The Chinese restaurant delivered impeccable food paired with flawless service. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing authentic flavors that left us wanting more. The service staff's knowledge and attentiveness made the dining experience truly special.

The Kitchen Table's breakfast spread was wonderful, offering an impressive variety of high-quality options that catered to every taste. The presentation and freshness of everything available made starting each day a delight.

WOOBAR was such a vibe! DJ Marc was incredibly engaging and spun fantastic music throughout the night, creating the perfect atmosphere for evening entertainment. The energy was infectious, and it became our go-to spot for unwinding after exploring Suzhou.

As a family of four, we were thrilled with how family-friendly this property is. My kids absolutely loved the room, and the tent feature was such a brilliant and thoughtful touch! My daughter was so enchanted with it that she chose to sleep in the tent throughout our entire stay - it became her own little adventure space and made the trip extra magical for her.

W Suzhou has truly mastered the art of hospitality, combining stylish accommodations with genuinely caring service. This property stands out not just for its beautiful design and amenities, but for the passionate team that brings it to life every day.

W hotel in Suzhou is a wonderful place to stay for your holiday or business trip. I came to sol 37 and wood bar at W hotel in Suzhou often mainly because of the music there. I love the must a lot and the dj made the best house music. The view from sol 37 bar is amazing too

Very modern with a great location. Staff is very friendly. Food is decent at the lobby bar.

The rooms are very modern and with lots of flashy colours. Staff was very friendly.

Only downside: there is absolutely no crowd at the bars. It feels a bit plastic overall.

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than the W Suzhou. The city itself is absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s super cool and stylish vibe made my experience even more memorable.

My room faced the heart of Jinji Lake, and the view was nothing short of breathtaking, both during the day and at night. I found myself just soaking in the stunning scenery, and it truly made my stay unforgettable. The room was impeccably clean, and a special thank you to the housekeeper who was so kind and took the time to introduce me to Suzhou’s charm.

A huge shoutout to Kimi’s team for being incredibly helpful and communicative even before my arrival. They made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail was taken care of.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right beside Suzhou Center, and there’s even an indoor bridge connecting directly to the mall. It was so convenient to explore the area!

As a regular business travler to Shuzhou I have choosen the first time the W Shuzhou to experience something new! The central location including the integration into the local mall was one of the most important criteria. At an early stage I got approached by KIMI in a professional but personal way to arrange everything in advance for my stay. He was keeping up with everything and checked in on a regular base even after my check out. Honestly everything was top-notch!!! The personal service - the modern rooms (design and functionality) - the outstanding view and the whole vibe of the hotel! Two highlights I have to stress: The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in China! And the 25m pool in 36/F is something really special! Each one of the staff is very friendly and proactive! So I also got in touch with CHRISTIE one morning during my breakfast. She gave me some local tips for a sunny late morning walk around the beautiful sea And from then on she took personally care of my stay in a discrete but proactive way. Coming up with some ideas and recommendations and always checking in how I am enjoying my stay! The best recommendation was the tasting of the seasonal cocktail menu after she personally introduced me to the bar team. And this was an absolutely outstanding sensory journey with a lot of learnings concering the ingredients of the drinks. She is really the shinning model of an ambassador of the hotel but interacting with you in relaxed way like a befriended local sharing some carefully selected tips with you during you stay ... Final verdict: 10.0 out of 10.0

If you want to make your trip perfect, choose a W hotel. BUT the W hotel Suzhou kicks boundaries. Perfect located next to the JinJin lake and surrounded by restaurants, shopping and attraktions. The rooms are great with a great view and sleeping quality is perfect. Breakfast with massieve choice of great western and asian food. Very good equiped gym and a nice pool area.
But the main point I choose this hotel every time I travel to Suzhou is the hotel stuff. All of them gives me a warm feeling to be home far away from home. No matter what's your need, they try there best to satisfy. Helen is the one who takes care so much, giving me always a great help to arrange my room and take care of all my requests. One of the highlite of the hotel is the WooBar - this is the place you will find Marc the hotel DJ. Yes, this hotel has its own DJ and push this hotel to a special level. Don't miss him up, he will shake the lake and to me a top reason to choose the W Suzhou again and again and again...

We had such a great stay here. The service and the food are excellent. The room and bed are comfortable. Staffs are very kind especially Christie. She made my stay more memorable and comfortable . The location of the hotel is also convenient. Hopefully we come back here again soon.

The concierge was really helpful with my inquiries. They were assisting with my luggage well as well. They always happily greet in the morning and night, also greet and open the car door every time I arrive in the lobby. They introduced many good restaurants and places to go as well... all the foods they recommend me is very delicious! Thank you so much especially for the concierge who help me throughout my stay...

Wow. The W Suzhou left me shocked and amazed by its design, taste, service, and location.
I had such a wonderful short visit (too short) where I was stunned by the artistic decoration and views of the hotel but mostly, by the music. OMG, such cool vibes at the Woo bar with DJ Marc from Canada, and again upstairs at the SOL 37 club. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I Recently Visiten the woobar, where the ambiance and Service were exceptional.The staff was friendly and welcoming,making me feel comfortable and ease.
The Cocktail were delicious and flavours were well-Balanced with a perfect mix of sweetness and tanginess.It was refreshing and made my evening even more enjoyable.

I didn't expect it, but SOL37 turned out to be quite family-friendly. I had a great dinner experience with my wife and 2 year old boy, thanks to excellent service from the staff who offered good food recommendations, updates on our food arrival and sincere attention.
