Fijn klein studioappartement, perfect geschikt voor ons gezin met een dreumes. Indeling van het appartement was perfect, fijn bed en fijne badkamer.

Couldn’t Have Asked for More

We’ve stayed here once before and really liked the owners and accommodations, so we came back a second time when friends visited. The second stay exceeded the first. If they allow us, in fact, we’ll only stay here when visiting Tulum. We had several complications arise with my end of the booking and our dog sitter. Throughout the entire experience, Diego was exceptionally understanding, willing to work with us, and super helpful along the way. Not only is their establishment and amenities great, but also Romaya is owned and ran by very genuine people. We can’t thank them enough for their part in an amazing stay!

Lovely place!
Pros:

Beautifully equipped place, pleasant hosts, very clean. Top value for money. One minor issue was some noise expected from occasional sports event in nearby sports centre and some traffic, which will soon decrease as a suitable arterial route is planned.

Superbe condo, un petit chez-soi à Tulum!
Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit au Romaya, mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps! Le petit appartement et la cour sont superbes. Bel accueil, très propre, cuisine bien équipée, cour extérieure privée à l'arrière, en plus du centre avec la piscine et végétation, à louer sans hésitation!
