Stayed for one night and its looks are very much deceiving.

When you enter the hotel and the rooms, they are very modern, clean and comfortable, with towels, hairdryer and soap/shower gel provided. One recommendation would be to possibly provide a kettle so you can make a cup of tea or coffee.

Dinner was optional, which we had and wow! Amazing! Best food I have had in a long time.

Breakfast was again, optional, and was a simple continental.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, despite a bit of a language barrier. We did do our best to speak in french too.

The location was perfect for where we were heading, not too far off the main roads/motorways. The view out of the bedrooms was also very picturesque and a typical french village feel.

We would definitely return.

Pros:

The room was VERY small. The hotel is not pet friendly as advertised, but we were not turned away. We had requested a bath tub after a long journey, but were given a room with a shower.The bed was comfortable. The meal menu was EXTREMELY limited. One pasta option for a vegetarian, no salad or vegetables. A big problem for a person with allergies. We would not use this hotel again
