Room 5 was very quiet and peaceful. Basic but functional for the purpose of the stay. Also bed very comfortable.

The size of the room, spacious and clean. The heating was perfect. Convenience is wonderful, there is a Co-op to buy the things you need and a fast food restaurant (Burgers, fries, etc...)

The explanation upon arrival which on duty staff in Reception gave me.
Well when I first used the bathroom the metal towel holder fell off the wall and narrowly missed my foot. I placed the metal holder on the toilet. Upon departure I reported this to the male member of staff at Reception and he assured me that maintenance work is ongoing and the matter would be attended to. I left a paper report in the room. Also internet connection was difficult despite being given the correct log in details. The self catering kitchen area upon previous visits had bread proidhe etc. Not so upon this visit. The tea and coffee canisters need to be replenished.
