Great 4 star experience
Pros:

Lives up to its standing as a 4 star hotel. Great and quiet rooms, good amenities… also good value (except for the underground parking), and very good staff.

Cons:

I noticed after three weeks that my deposit was still blocked on my card. I wrote the property here on Booking.com. It's been almost a month since check out and still no answer from the property and the deposit is still blocked. This is very irritating.

Beautiful hotel with large, clean rooms
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, very well kept and very clean. The staff was super helpful and responsive for the few times that we needed something. Most everything was provided and readily available. It was nice to have actual restaurants and a Starbucks directly in the hotel. They were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms, which made a huge beneficial impact on our stay.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had a microwave already in the room without having to request it. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed, so I was surprised that a cot/rollaway was not allowed.
