Relaxed and beautiful accomodation
Pros:

Everything was just perfect - location, vibes, how clean the place was. A kitchen had everything that you would need if you decide to cook. The garden gives you balinese feeling. Every apartment has its own entrance - noone is passing by and you have privacy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day!

The gardens were nice

Cons:

Very difficult to locate actual access to property. Accommodation was very small and cramped, not at all like photos shown. Bed was uncomfortable both noisy and too soft. Way overpriced. However, it was clean and well maintained.

Quiet beautiful apartment tastefully decorated with king bed, full amenities. Wishing we were staying longer.

Pros:

L’emplacement idéal proche de la rue principale avec les commerces et restaurants ainsi que la plage.
Appartement très spacieux, personnel discret mais sympa.
Self checkin

Cons:

Les cours de yoga proposés n’ont pas eu lieu.
Petites imperfections au niveau du ménage, beaucoup de toiles d’araignées dans les angles et au niveau des luminaires.

We would stay again but they need to do some maintenance on the property

Great location. Walking distance to everything. One of the only places with a heated pool for those cooler times of the year

Drainage in our shower was bad and drains blocked
Back Door wouldn’t stay open to let air through

Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cairns & Palm Beach!
Pros:

This property exceeded our expectations! It was super clean and the beds were comfy. The best part was the extremely large, newly renovated bathroom with awesome shower pressure! There was plenty of room for a group of 5 people. The property is located only a short 5 minute walk to the beach, great coffee options, and boutique shops. If arriving by car, the GPS will take you to a drop off area at the front of the property.... the actual carpark for the accommodation is around the block on the opposite side.

Nothing - everything was great!

Loved the pool, and location. Staff were lovely.
Pros:

Location and pool were the highlights!

Cons:

We were in a room facing the street, with little privacy to use the garden patio - even with the beautiful foliage.
Internet in our room did not work for 4 out of the 7 days.
We had to keep texting the staff for extra supplies. Bathroom is soaked after showers so towels were constantly having to be washed and dried as we needed to use those to use as extra bath mats.

Lovely 2 br apt with direct pool access. Clean, comfortable. AC and ceiling fans in the living area and both bedrooms. Fantastic location, easy walk to supermarket and restaurants. Shame it was only a 1 night stay, wish it had been longer! Easy off street carpark which is included in the price. Loved the mirror in the main bedroom btw ;)

Calm, quiet, divine.
Pros:

Could not be happier with our stay at The Palms! It’s a boutique resort so not a whole bunch of noisy neighbours. It’s a 3-4 minute from the main strip but feels like you’re in your own private paradise! I LOVED the direct pool access (with our own pool ladder) from our apartment and spent hours at our private outside table reading by the pool.

The place is beautiful, quiet, and totally protected from the wind. The pool is heated and it is divine. You’re walking distance to a supermarket, liquor store, and all the palm cove restaurants. Everyone on the property was respectful and it never felt crowded.
