Perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy Palm Cove.
Pros:

Rooms were great, had everything we needed. Loved the pool area, so relaxing and secluded. Location was perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It was so quiet and peaceful and I had a swim every day in the beautiful pool.
Pros:

We loved the beautiful setting of ‘Palms at Palm Cove’ and the proximity to beach and restaurants was fantastic. Our Unit was particularly comfortable.

Cons:

We couldn’t find any bbq tongs or tissues in our Unit.
The stairs to level 3 were challenging with our cases.

Incredibly distressing / would never recommend this place!!
Pros:

We arrived after a long flight and at night to find no one on site. No contact phone numbers on the window worked. I ended up on the phone with booking dot com for over an hour who told us palms had cancelled our booking with no notification ( they had taken payment ) then BDC sorted alternative accommodation out for us - very distressing

Cons:

It was poorly lit - no obvious place on where to park the car. No one on site at 6pm

wunderschöner Poolbereich mit tollen Liegen,
Grillecke, Waschmaschine inkl Trockner (Pulver vorhanden), super Personal

I found the owners, quick to the cleaning staff…. Amazing!!🤗🤗🤗

The location was absolutely amazing- the pool and facilities were great as well…. I did find it at my time of travel, seemed a bit more family friendly, rather than suited to couples or solo travelers….which was fine- but if you are a couple or a solo person travelling looking for a bit of quiet time, may be hard to find in communal areas, such as the pool….

Cons:

All ammenities within my 10 day stay worked well within the apartment- apart from the dual washer/dryer…. Washing machine worked well- but the dryer part- no…. Had to use the outside clothes line for most things- and if you have multiple activities booked day after day during the end of the wet season (March) that wasn’t ideal… most things were not dry, due to the humidity hanging things outside…

Calm and relaxing time.

Clean premises, friendly staff and close to the beach. - walking distance. The place is quiet. The pool area was so relaxing.

A great stay overall comfortable, welcoming, and made even better by the peaceful green surrounding
Pros:

The host kindly organised a welcome pack for my daughter’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the greenery surrounding the property — it created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
