Lovely chilled stay, nice facilities and well kept just a little smaller than expected
Pros:

Very chilled vibe, not far from beach and facilities, nice and clean

Cons:

It’s a lot smaller than it looks on the pics, possibly better for a couple, also the wooden walkways were super slippy when wet so maybe a sign to warn

An excellent find.
Pros:

We booked here as there were great reviews and we just wanted to be away from the city. It's just 25 minutes up the road. Easy to find and a real tropical delight. Our room was great and even our deck area to the front of the property was private and quiet. Rooms were clean and bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean and it had off street parking. The cost of the room was excellent compared to other properties. We just found it calm and relaxing. The pool was nice to drop into when it was too hot. It was so good we have booked again for May 2026.

Pros:

The Palms is beautify decorated and so quite. The rooms were clean and well kept. The facility was close enough to town but far enough away to give pure peace and quite. The pool was just to cold.

Pool and gardens were beautiful

Cons:

Single beds were a little small for adults
Only one dishcloth in the kitchen was inadequate. Had to use this when the shower blocked up so didn't have another to use for dishes.

Great place and staff
Pros:

Great pool and bali style garden, great staff and good location, quiet and calm place to stay.

Cons:

It was great. Being really picky, a TV in a bedroom would be good and a shower screen door.Being clear on quiet hours new years eve would be ideal.
