Pésimo servicio!
Cons:

No utilice la habitación porque estaba en mal estado, no era lo que me ofrecieron, indicaron que justo estaba en mal estado y aún así me cobraron la noche que nunca me quedé, no lo recomiendo.. pésimo servicio!

Confort y tranquilidad
Pros:

Mucha limpieza en el comedor y amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Finalmente, la zona muy tranquila y a un paso del tren vía y de las tiendas céntricas.

Cons:

Very central hotel, easy access from the the airport with the tram.
Healthy breakfast.
Cheap affordable menu.

Cons:

Getting access to the hotel can be tricky ,specially passed midnight,i suggested asking for the entrance code ,some of the staff tend to fall asleep and you can be stuck there for some times before they buzz you in.

Cons:

El trato del hotel fue muy hostil y deshonesto.. al hacer la reserva llame para confirmar la reserva.. Al llegar al hotel nos dan una habitación sucia, no había sido limpiada. Grabé todo y les mandé y les mandé por WhatsApp al hotel y no me contestó. Pedí que me cambie de habitación porque la habitación tenía cabellos y tenía sangre en las camas. Les pedí que me cambie a otra y también estaba sucia nonno tuve otra opción que quedarme a dormir que al día siguiente me cambiaban de habitación. Al día siguiente nos cambian a de habitación y al cambiarnos mi pide las llaves porque mi mamá saldría a desayunar y el del hotel le dijo que se la entregara a su regreso.. al regresar le dice a mi mamá le dejé la puerta abierta y efectivamente estaba abierto. Y nos faltaba unos aretes de oroe de mi mamá. Pedimos solución que revisen las cámaras. Fui a la recepción y quien me atendió fuie una mujer grosera que poco más le faltó pegarme. No quiso entregarme los vídeos. Todo está documentado con vídeo. Llame a la policía. Pero fue en vano. Tendríamos que abandonar la ciudad de cuenca. Teníamos otros planes para ese día no nos podíamos quedar para la investigación. Si gustan mándeme un correo y yo les envío la conversación y todo los vídeos para afirmar lo que digo.
