Relaxing and tranquil garden areas
The gym equipment didn’t work- all looks very nice in the window 2 treadmills a cross trainer and a bike.
However the two treadmills and cross trainer didn’t work. Reception sent a maintenance guy in and he also couldn’t get them to go.
Nice spacious pools, very pretty grounds and a nice view of the lake from the main restaurant/pool area. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. We checked in early and checked out late, and the staff were very welcoming of us using the facilities whilst we waited.
Some machines in the gym didn't work which was a shame. Lounging at the pool the drink service and making card payments was a little slow but the drinks were made very nicely so maybe this took the time.

Room was really outdated, I don’t think this hotel is 4 star hotel, maybe 2 or 3 stars.
Also staffs are not very friendly, didn’t provide help for luggage etc.

The room is absolutely not worth the price, the furniture, finishes, etc. are extremely cheap. When I arrived the hotel didn't receive my booking and had to wait 1 hour before getting the room. In the afternoon there was quite some rubbish in the common areas (in the morning it has been cleaned up), the infinity pool is beautiful but there are just a few beach loungers available, the wood around the pool is about to break and it's in terrible conditions. Overall, there is a big lack of care of the facilities. It needs A LOT of restoration and improvement for the price they charge.
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Loved the big shower. Rooms was spacious.
Although we checked in at 6pm our room was not ready.After flying for 24hours to wait for the room was not great. Power was tripping for about 10min. Aircon was loud, music was loud till 10.30pm. Fortunately we stayed only one night. Rooms were dimly lit. Lights the bathroom was not working.
Wouldn't stay here again, very disappointed 😞

Spent one night at this hotel after our long flight. Was a busy hectic drive from airport due to roadworks taking approx 45 mins/one hour. We were very glad we weren’t driving!

Massage/beauty treatments available and very well priced. We had a fantastic foot/leg massage which was very rejuvenating after our long flight

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and amazing with our needs. Our daughter helped mixup cocktails and make jelly which she gracefully handed out to the hotel staff.
Excellent service overall. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well designed - we had a family deluxe room close to the large pool. The grounds and pool are kept in pristine condition, even after the huge downfall of rain.
The room and facilities require a lot of repair and maintenance. Lighting and power sockets didn't work. Coffee machine broken and pool decking was broken and dangerous.
Had an excellent stay at Regenta Ari Lagoon! The customer service was truly outstanding, and the peaceful lagoon view made the experience even more special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered the best views. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience — highly recommended!
The hotel has wonderful staff who are amazing. The hotel is old and needs alot of repairs but it is comfortable. No shops near the hotel which is difficult
