Thank you for the stay at the Heart of Tulum. William as the property manager was wonderful, very responsive. The location was good in that getting around was easy, however, the noise level from surrounding restaurants/bars was very loud and went on into the early morning hours. So if you do not mind the noise into the wee hours of the morning, this is a very central spot. The sofa was not very comfortable when sitting and watching TV.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Tulum!
Pros:

We loved our stay in Tulum, and this apartment gave us great access to restaurants and shops. Our host gave us great tips on arrival and was available for any questions throughout our stay. It is a very bustling area, so may not be everyone’s taste for a family stay - but we had a great time with our 8 year old in tow. We can’t wait to come back!

perfect house in Tulum centro
Pros:

we had a wonderful stay! perfect location in town and close to all the bars and restaurants. really easy to walk or bike anywhere. the house was well equipped and comfortable, and felt private even thought it was centrally located.
and super good AC!
William the host was very nice and helpful. he went above and beyond to help us when we left an important item behind. highly recommend this place!

Pros:

- Great location directly in the centre of Tulum
- Very clean, comfortable beds, good AC, fast internet
- Direct and rapid contact with the facility manager William

Cons:

- Little bit noisy during the night due to a bar on the other side of the street - but honestly: what do you expect when getting an apartment in the centre
- The bicycles we rented from the flat where not in good condition - the chain popped of several times and took us long to fix them
- You could see parts of the private jacuzzi from the entrance - maybe a curtain or an intermediate door will do it for more privacy

Perfect for travellers at a great price in a perfect location and wonderful people.
Pros:

The room was large, clean had amazing air con. It had a balcony with chairs and a hammock inside. There was a fully functioning kitchen and fridge which made it really easy to cook at home and save money. The property was a 10 minute walk from the huge shopping market and a five minute walk from everything else. The owner William was extremely helpful, he gave us names of restaurants and quieter cenote and when our taxi driver couldn’t drive us he offered to himself.

Cons:

There was a bar opposite that played very loud music till quite early in the morning but it wasn’t much of a disruption.

Good location, but, have really good ear plugs if you want to sleep early!
Pros:

Great location, superb communication and assistance from the host, clean good sized apartment.

Cons:

When reserving this place I knew about the noise due to the location, however, I wasn't prepared for how loud it was going to be. It's a party until 3 to 3.30am every night.

Can't beat this service!
Pros:

Have stayed here a few times. Great location and property. In the heart of downtown! Ground keepers Gilberto and William are super friendly and are on top of requests. Will continue to stay here when I'm in Tulum. They always make my family and friends feel at home.
