Disappointed we were not made aware that we would not be in the actual hotel.

Cons:

We were put in a separate building to the main hotel splitting up our family. We should have been made aware of this before hand as had booked months ago and we were very disappointed to be separated.

The rooms we were put in didn’t have a wardrobe and were very small and extremely noisy.

Fabulous location and staff
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel. Upon arrival, the beautiful decor immediately catches your eye. Every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming which unfortunately is very rare nowadays. Location was absolutely perfect. Only regret is not eating at the restaurant there as all of the food looked delicious

Excellent séjour, sauf pour le bruit. A prendre en compte lors d’une réservation.
Pros:

Emplacement, gentillesse du personnel, confort global des chambres, bon bar et bon restaurant.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre au premier étage, sur la rue et par moment le bruit du tram est gênant (ne roule pas toute la nuit, heureusement ), ainsi que le bruit d’ensemble (nombreuses boites de nuit dans le secteur). De plus, lors de notre séjour il y a eu une fête de mariage au sous sol de l’hôtel et la musique et le bruit étaient dérangeants. Sans protections auditives, impossible de s’endormir. Donc le manque d’insonorisation des chambres côté rue (je n’ai pas testé les autres) peut être franchement désagréable.

Great location
Pros:

Fab location, great atmosphere and great attempt for air conditioning for the heatwave.

Cons:

Just seagulls being loud having to have windows open, due to hot weather. But would stay again.
