Would gladly stay again if we return to Dublin!
Pros:

Relatively spacious room, good layout for a family of 3. Really ideal location right on the Luas tram line and walkable to St. Stephen’s Green, Trinity, Temple Bar etc. Super helpful staff.

Pros:

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The location worked really well for us.

Cons:

Aware they aren't that popular in Europe but a mini fridge would have been beneficial to keep things cool.
We visited during a heat wave and the AC would go off at night. Commonplace for majority of the year but with a down comforter it got really hot.

If I knew that we were going to get the same room, I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Good location and the main part of the hotel looked beautiful. We did not stay in that part of the hotel.

Cons:

There was a poop stain on our toilet; out window looked out at a dumpster; the window air conditioner was helpful for the heat, but pulled in air that made our room smell like a dumpster; and the iron spit dirty water onto our clothes that stained them. The hotel looked nice, but this particular room was not worth the price.

Ideal Location To See Dublin.
Pros:

Location, location, location. Comfortable, clean hotel. With very friendly, helpful staff. Across from Camden Street for nightlife and restaurants. Grafton Street 2min walk for shopping. As is St. Stephen's Green, ideal for hop on hop off bus for tours of Dublin. O'Connell St. 10min walk or just catch the Luas outside the door to take you to any part of Dublin you want to see.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and polite. The Bar area was nice, the breakfast was good with a wide variety of food and drinks.

The location was excellent lots of bars and restaurants and an easy walk to get to the city center.

Cons:

Ground floor room was disappointing, noise from the outside alley and the toilet and tv were not working properly.

We were unable to use the garden room due to a private function being held in there.
