The place is very clean just need to do better on enforcing some rules and letting others know to respect others are try
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable

Cons:

People were allowed to be loud in the hall ways after midnight although people complained Went on for more than an hour to 2 hours. More than 2 dogs were allowed in room and be left alone and barked all night till owners came back ,complains were made about it no one came to talk to them nor did it stop till 1 am

Excellent Value & Location

Convenient location, clean rooms, and a large selection of food vending machines that even offer fresh sandwiches. It feels luxurious for the price.
A big bonus was Beal Park right across the street, with lake, walking trails, ball fields, and the Wagging Trail Beal Dog Park—perfect for getting outside.

Limpio y mejor que otros , problemas de depósito
Pros:

El hotel en sí cumple perfectamente: la habitación estaba limpia, contaba con lo necesario para un descanso cómodo y la recepcionista fue muy amable en el trato.

Cons:

le resto puntos por un tema de gestión que verán repetido en muchas reseñas: la falta de transparencia con el depósito de $100. Es uno de los cargos de seguridad más altos que hemos encontrado y la gestión para liberarlo es deficiente. En nuestro caso, tuvimos que presentar una reclamación después de 7 días porque no lo devolvían. Otros hoteles cobran menos y son mucho más diligentes en quitar el 'hold' sin llegar a convertirlo en un cobro oficial por tardanza. Es una lástima que un buen servicio se vea opacado por un sistema administrativo tan lento.

Staff was great. Let me keep my bag there until check in. Had things to do and didn't want to haul my bag around. Check out was fast and friendly.

Pros:

Staff was amazing from the beginning to the end. The room was clean
We just stayed one night.
The location was good.

The only thing that I didn't like was
the door being slammed early in the morning from next door or down the hallway. I understand there are lots of oil filed employees, but it is unnecessary to slam the doctor.
Other than that everything was good! 😀
