Great location with great amenities for the price. Needs new sound proof insulation in the walls
Pros:

Great location right by the mall and great amenities. Very clean and great bathrooms. The suites were very useful.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin and can hear a pin drop two rooms away. Loud neighbors and children running up and down the halls.

The breakfast was not great. They constantly ran out of food and the trash was over flowing. They only had one elevator.

It was fun, comfortable, with excellent staff and happy smiley faces all the time!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. A nice variety and choices of food. I love the healthy choices! The potatoes were always burned everyday. But everything else was really good! The location was superb!

Pros:

Hotels.com showed us a room with two queen beds and a rollaway bed option. When I called the hotel to confirm that was the room we were getting, I was assured that we would have 2 beds and a rollaway. When we arrived, there was one bed, a couch, and a rollaway. Since there were two adults and two teenagers, this was not going to work for us. The front desk quickly remedied the situation and gave us an additional room at no charge.
There were kids playing hockey in the hallway outside of our room at 9 pm and when we notified the front desk they also fixed the issue.
The beds were comfortable, the rooms to were well insulated and the pool was nice.
The biggest complaint we had was breakfast. The sausage was overcooked, the waffles were cold, and there were not many options to choose from. It was very disappointing since we chose the hotel due to having hot breakfast.

Pros:

Had to spend the night as our ac broke and was being worked on next day. Hotel was very clean staff was amazing. Only complaint is one of the elevators was down but it not being busy not a big deal.
