Pros:

La distribución de la habitación y su limpieza en general. El desayuno fue excelente y el trato del personal.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente la ropa de cama y las sábanas ya son muy viejas. Las alfombras necesitan un lavado así como los muebles manchados. La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Hotel moderne, bien équipé. Mérite plus de 3*.avec peu de choses La chambre est très bien agencée et spacieuse, la propreté impeccable et la situation géographique. (10mn à pied du Zocalo)

No volvería aunque sea grande y cómoda la habitación.
Pros:

1.- La habitación que elegimos era muy amplia y esto fue cómodo.
2.- Tiene estacionamiento.

Cons:

1.- Nuestra habitación daba a la avenida y se escucharon autobuses y coches. Además de que se le mete una luz de la avenida y del edificio entre las ventanas.
2.- El desayuno prepagado es repetitivo y escueto, el pan dulce muy feo. Que te sienten en una mesa fiesta con mas gente que no conoces no es agradable cuando no vas en ese plan y tampoco es agradable que la mesera te ordene dónde DEBES sentarte. (Yo llevaba desayuno incluido esperando un buffet)
4. El desayuno a la carta tiene 2 o 3 platillos y es muy caro.
5.-No se puede ir a cenar cerca caminando, y la cena del hotel es cara y mala comparado con muchos lugares en el centro.
6.- El wifi es malísimo
7.- Nuestra habitación 101 quedaba junto al closet de las recamaristas y desde las 8am ya se escuchaba toda su plática, lo mismo de la gente en el elevador.
8.- Parece que llegas a un hotel de paso por la arquitectura y las villas al fondo.

La habitación es estupenda, me tocó una villa y puedes tener tu auto a pie de la habitación facilitó nuestra estancia. El tamaño fue perfecto, la cama deliciosa y el agua de la regadera lo mejor. La recamarera genial

La recepcionista nada amable. Cómo llegamos manejando es difícil tener la hora de llegada exacta, no me autorizaron llegar antes de las 3 pero me amenazaron que si llegaba después de las 3 me cancelaban mi reserva a pesar de tener mi tarjeta de crédito como garantía. Feos modos para comunicarse. Pedí una llave extra, me la negaron, como insistí me dijeron que me costaría $150. Cómo el hotel estaba lleno habilitaron un salón para los desayunos, con mesas de 10 personas (muy apretados) obligándote a sentarte dónde ellos quisieran sin un sentido de comodidad. Ahí si un tachesote
