Cons:

Frühstück katastrophal, immer der gleiche Gatsch (kein Buffet), „Kaffee“ ist grässliches braunes Wasser. Frühstück um fensterlosen Kammerl, alle Sessel kaputt. Im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher, nichts. Bekamen dann bei Bitte nach Wasserkocher eine kaputte Kaffeemaschine. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, unerträglich heiß.
Fitnessraum (wichtiger Grund für unsere Buchung): 3 von 4 Geräten kaputt.
Lage des Hotels in mieser Gegend.
Positiv: Parkplatz für Mietauto.

Pros:

Muy buen servicio del personal en general, amables y atentos. El desayuno de cortesía completo y rico.

Cons:

Mejorar o dar mantenimiento a las máquinas para hacer ejercicio algunas no funcionaban, mejorar el Gimnasio. Podrían mejorar contar con una cafetera en habitación y un servicio de café de cortesia o en el lobi una máquina.

Nosotros fuimos al palenque y está muy cerca, el personal fue muy amable, la habitación estuvo muy comoda además de que es demasiado amplia, nuestra reservación incluía el desayuno y si nos gusto fueron porciones suficientes y estaba rico. Claramente regresaremos

Cons:

Lo único es que las habitaciones son un poco oscuras y las luces que tiene son amarillas e indirectas, si requeríamos de más luz, eso si la ciudad despierta muy temprano pero no te afecta mucho
