Birch at Brighton Marina

ただ一つだけ。前の客が持って行ったとか？でヘアードライヤーが無かった為、チェックインの際に、スタッフが「後から直ぐに持ってくる」と言っておきながら、結局、その日のうちには持ってこず、翌日、こちらから電話をかけると、完全に忘れていて、それからやっと持ってきた。いい加減。

Great location, property let down by a few things which the owner informed us about.

Great location near to the Marina. Check in was seamless. Good shower, pillows and mattress (important for me as a business traveller).

Only downside is that en-suite shower only gave out very hot or scalding hot water and the service team did not respond to this during my stay.

Ausgestattet ist das Apartment sehr gut. Zusätzlich machen hübsche Deko-Elemente alles sehr wohnlich.

Quality apartment at reasonable rate

Fantastic apartment with lots of room, very clean and check in was perfect

Spacious accommodation right by the marina bars and shops

Great location with easy parking. Lots of great places to eat probably 20 places within a 5 min walk. Its about 1.1 miles from the Brighton pier but a great walk and there is a train at peak times.

The apartment is like a home from home. Everything you need for a family including Sky TV and internet.

There is a 24hr Asda next door which is really convenient.

As it was a home from home there were a few minor things like the shower head leaked, I'm sure someone on here would write a bad review about that but that's not me as it was a perfect stay and will hopefully be booking again later this year.

All appears ok but when you start to look at it the experience at The Birch at Brighton Marina you can see that all the owners are bothered about is profit not customer satisfaction. The place was dirty, we had to clean the cutlery, the toilet was not clean and the children's bedding had stains. When you research this property it looks like there was a flood in December and two months on the owners had not repaired (See picture). The thermostat had one setting and that is hot, it was -1 outside BUT we had to open the doors to cool the place down. What was a problem is we left some shopping at the property and we contacted the owner to ask if it was there, initially they said no but when we pressed them (One of the children remembered it on the side when we left) they said the bag was there but was empty. Totally dishonest and we get them chance to put the problem right but the did not respond and when pressed with Hotels.com who were excellent, they refused to help with them. Now you might think our review is out of bitterness but are you willing to take the chance and ruin your holiday to find this out for yourself. Brighton is a fantastic place why not make it even more fantastic by making another choice of lodging and chose a organisation that really cares about customer satisfaction not just about profit.

Great stay here in January 2018, very clean and great location. Only negative was WiFi didn’t work however wasn’t too much of a problem.

Hope to stay again.
