Uns hat besonders gefallen , Hotel hat tief Garage, bei schlechte Wetter war für uns optimal!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and always found it acceptable, which is why I chose to book a two-bedroom room for a family stay this time. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

There was essentially no service throughout our stay. After two days, I had to personally ask reception just to get basic items like toilet paper and napkins. Housekeeping was completely absent — despite placing the “clean the room” tag, our room was not cleaned for six days. Trash was not taken out for five days, which is simply unacceptable, especially for a family stay.

Overall, the lack of basic service and attention made this stay very frustrating. I expected much better based on my previous visits, but this experience has significantly changed my impression of the hotel.

Pros:

El apartamento era super amplio y estaba muy bien. Lo único malo es la ubicación ya que está un poco alejado del centro de Munich, pero si tienes coche, estás en media hora en pleno casco histórico

Elfogadható volt, könnyen megtaláltuk, megfelelt egy éjszakára.
Pros:

A szoba mérete rendben volt. Jó, hogy a szállás aljában volt egy bolt, sokáig nyitva.

Cons:

Lift az nincs, fel kellett cipelni mindent. A konyha lehetett volna nagyobb és jobban felszerelt. Seprűt nem találtunk.

Muy bien pero no tiene ascensor.
Pros:

Las habitaciones amplias con armarios ambas .
La cocina pequeña pero para 4 suficiente.
Tenia bastante menaje.
El baño pequeño pero limpio.
Aparcamiento disponible en el alojamiento.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que no tiene ascensor.
Estábamos en la última planta, para subir y bajar las maletas y el carrito del bebé era incómodo.
