Clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Staff were fabulous. Place is older but kept well. There is a mismatch between the description of the room and the reality. Don't expect a balcony or safe and you might need to ask to get a room with a fridge. But overall we had an easy and comfortable stay.

Super friendly hotel, rooms well done
Pros:

Royal Land Mae Khlong hotel is a Thai hotel, so no boutique pretence. The staff speaks little English but wen out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms are redone well. The fan room is somewhat bare. The AC room is quite nice. Everything was spotless clean.
The hotel ia very close to the famous railway market, so easy to hop over in the morning. Also a wide range of restaurants nearby.
