Be aware of bed bugs!!!! Our bungalow was infested!

Vétusté des murs et des meubles faisant penser à une cabane aménagée. D'ailleurs le sol de notre chambre est fissuré laissant entrevoir la végétation de largeur suffisante pour que les lézards pénétrent! Nettoyage bâclé (toile d'araignées sur la cuvette et poussière dans la chambre, moustiquaire semble ne jamais avoir été lavée). Déception pour une chambre dite de luxe ! Obscurité dominante. Nous n'y sommes pas restés et avons du changer d'hôtel à nos frais car aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé de la part du propriétaire inflexible qui a prétendu ne pas avoir d'autre chambre à nous proposer alors qu'après vérification sur le site il y en avait bien une de libre. Ce dernier a encaissé intégralement la totalité de notre séjour alors que nous n'y avons jamais dormi. Réelle déception car nous nous étions fiés aux photos et commentaires positifs qui nous surprennent après coup ! Prestation beaucoup trop chère au regard du nouvel hébergement 2 fois moins cher et de meilleure qualité !! Seul point positif l'employé à la réception très accueillant

Olimme kaksi yötä. Huoneen suihku ja vessa olivat taivasalla ja suihkusta tuli suolavettä. Toisena yönä huoneessamme oli kämmenen kokoinen hämähäkki, joka piiloutui sänkymme taakse. Alue oli erittäin rauhallinen, mutta hieman vaikea löytää aluksi. Aamupala oli annos tarjoiluna.

Habitación oscura sin casi luz , sucia, con polvo acumulado por todas partes, sin espacio para el equipaje. Dentro de la habitación había un lagarto de dimensiones considerables... el baño dejaba mucho que desear también, el retrete olía a pis, la alfombrilla que había para secarse los pies al pasar a la habitación estaba negra. Relación calidad precio excesivamente caro para lo que nos encontramos. Tuvimos que pagar la estancia y cambiarnos de hotel, mucho más barato y excelente!! Ni el dueño ni el trabajador del hotel nos daban la razón, sólo se preocupaban de que teníamos que pagar las dos noches que habíamos contratado, cuando no estuvimos ni 3 horas allí.

Das Bad war unter freiem Himmel und durch herunterwehende Blütenpollen ergab sich ein spiegelglatter Boden, auf dem mein Sohn ausgerutscht und auf eine Steinkante gefallen ist.

Restourant of this hotel is amazing. Staff was so gentle and caring. Again I am asking to refund for my first day where I was not able to come from Padang Bai to Gili Air on 28 June due to weather warming and boat was not departing.furhermore for 29 June when I stayed at that hotel I was taking

Nice bungalows and great staff made us feel welcome in the Gili Islands. Close to the beach and in a relatively calm area, this was a great place for relaxation. Nice restaurant next to the hotel with a good breakfast.

Un accueil chaleureux Jacques le proprietaire est super interessant et cultive. La piscine est superbe. A recommander vivement.

Jacques a été très accueillant et plein de bons conseils, en plus de faciliter notre départ de l'île. Nous recommandons vivement!

Very nice and clean bungalow, beautiful place with swimming pool, good area of the island with the best beach for swimming :) not far from other nice places. Lovely and helpful staff

Good value for money. Place offer everything what we need. Pool was clean and refreshing. Jack was awesome and he got answer for everything 😊

Fijne bungalow, heerlijk bed en super leuke outdoor douche. Personeel was super vriendelijk en ontbijt prima. Zwembad lang dus fijn om echt even te zwemmen. fijn tuin die als nadeel in het regenseizoen heeft: muggen. Spuitbusje OFF voor 2 euro helpt voldoende

Magnifique, parfait. Nous sommes ravis et tristes d'etre deja partis. Beau bungalow, salle de bain à ciel ouvert tres agreable.
L etablissement est bien situé. Le personnel adorable. La piscene agreable et l'accueuil de Jacques est super conviviale. Un grand merci à tous ainsi qu'a la gentiile francaise qui l'a remplacé avec brio.

Beautiful resort!! The bungalow was so cute! The pool is perfect. A little far from the port but it’s only a 20 min walk or you can get a horse buggy. I’ll be staying here again.

We hebben maar 1 dag maar we voelden ons meteen relaxed na een half uur lopen vanaf de haven. Personeel heel behulpzaam en de ligging perfect, het ontbijt bij Le Bistro sober maar voldoende
