Short and sweet
Pros:

Close to the train station and the river. Tea facilities. Quiet despite big crowd at the bar- good soundproofing. Clean and modern looking. Great water pressure, 2 shower heads choices.
Lemon water, popcorn , sweets and apples for free at reception, "very sweet" touch. :)

Cons:

You could see into the shower from the room- through a glass wall. The light on the basin is strong and because is situated on one side of the room with no walls, also lights the beds which is not ideal if you are trying to get to sleep or asleep already.

The room was a bit pricey compared with hotel in Frankfurt.

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room setup is interesting with the washing basin in the room itself next to the separate shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle. this felt strange to start with, but I found it ok. I guess it would work well for a couple or 2 people sharing the room.
everything was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the sweets in the lobby. the check in was done via WhatsApp and I got my room key on my mobile which made it very easy to check in late to the hotel.
The hotel is next to a beautiful river side walk with a nice pub next to it. 10 mins to the train station to get you to Frankfurt, Mainz or to and from the airport. They make their own bear but their signature restaurant was closed due to Easter holiday.
