Pros:

I have been HH member since 2009 and anytime in Lagos, this is my preferred home away from home. Particularly love the breakfast options. The environment is so relaxing and the beautiful views of the private jets next to my side glass in my usual space is so motivating. Naomi in the breakfast room was always at breakfast table checking that l am happy. Special mention to Henrietta that did all she could to ensure l am happy with a very good hospitality smile

Modern hotel with an exclusive experience.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff and they are flexible to meet business needs as they arise. The facility is very well taken care of and very modern. Quite happy, no complaints.

The view of the jets are an icing on the cake although the noise as they land can take some getting used to but it didn’t bother me after the second or third day.

The space itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell there’s real attention to detail, from the ambiance to the overall setup. It felt like a perfect balance of style and comfort.

Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié, c’est le fait d’avoir dû attendre près de deux heures à la réception à cause d’un problème lié à la réservation Booking et au mode de garantie de la carte bancaire. Comme Booking ne prélève apparemment pas directement sur les cartes, l’hôtel m’a demandé une validation supplémentaire de la carte utilisée pour la réservation.

J’ai donc dû déranger mon supérieur, qui avait effectué la réservation avec sa carte, afin qu’il puisse envoyer les informations nécessaires pour finaliser la procédure. Après un voyage et un déplacement, devoir attendre aussi longtemps à la réception avant d’accéder à la chambre est particulièrement fatigant.

Je trouve cela regrettable, car une fois que le client est présent et honore sa réservation, il devrait pouvoir accéder rapidement à sa chambre et régler les modalités ensuite si nécessaire. Cette situation crée une expérience inutilement compliquée pour le client.

Je trouve cela d’autant plus dommage pour l’image et le standing du Hilton.
