ممتعه ومريحة.
Pros:

كل شئ كان على مايرام ، وموظفة الأستقبال هاندا كانت ودوده ومتعاونه جدا أشكرها على ماقدمته لنا من خدمات .

Cons:

السرير لم يكن مريحاً أبداً والأغطية بالية وقديمة لا تليق بهذا الفندق أبدا.

Un séjour rempli de tranquilité et de beaux souvenirs!
Pros:

La courtoisie et la rapidité du service sont exceptionnel! Durant notre séjour, le directeur des invités Altin s'est montré d'une disponibilité et d'une écoute extraordinaire. Je communiquais avec ce dernier via Whatsapp et lorsque j'avais une demande (et il y en a eu plusieurs) j'obtenais une réponse rapide de sa part. Nous avons été bien hébergés durant 12 nuits. Le personnel est également très courtois.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 à 20 mins de marches des restaurants les plus proches. Nous le savions lors de notre réservation. Endroit très calme cependant.

تعامل سيئ غير لائق باسم هلتون ( لا تنكد أجازتك و تزل فيه )

الموقع جميل جدا و مناسب الفطور مقبول الغرفة طلتها علا البحر جميل جدا و المرفق ايضا المسبح النادي

للأسف جدا - طريقة التعامل لاتليق بمكان مثل اسم الهلتون توقعت يكون التعامل افضل
للاسف المدير المناوب و موظف الشنط و مسول المواقف
عوملت بطريق غير لائقه و تكرر عدة مرات قمت بالشكوى للمدير المناوب ولم استفد شي لذلك لا انصح النزول يوجد فنادق قريبة و مليانه
