Clean and convenient
Room fridge was small and their was no microwave
TV in one of the rooms was not working, the problem was fixed the next day. We were a late check-in [9:30PM}.
Breakfast was ready on time. Food was hot and plentiful. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There is a lot of seating in the lobby area. Location was easy to get to and convenient for our event.
There was nothing we didn't like.
I liked the location of Tru. I am a foodie and it was near a variety of restaurants which allowed for different choices.

Breakfast was good, with lots of variety. The shower was very good. Location was good. I felt safe.
Why do I have to pay for most TV?
The property was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also well maintained, and there was a nice variety each morning of hot and cold foods. The staff really tried their best to take care of us.
I travel with a dog so I really like having no carpet in my room. He doesn’t have accidents (typically) but if he were to, then cleaning it up is easy.
The water pressure as well as temperature of the water is NOT good. If anyone turns on water or flushes the toilet or even gets in the shower the temperature fluctuates. The water pressure just isn’t good regardless.
Location and breakfast was good.
No housekeeping service on second day of stay; blood stains on a clean washcloth; body wash in shower was empty; iron did not work; air conditioner was not working … room was 75 and extremely stuffy and warm—- after pleading, they moved me to another room on second night.

The location was great.
The staff had their children in the lobby. My room had food on the desk that I had to clean. I puked hear everything happening in the hallway.
What I liked most about my stay was the excellent customer service. The front desk lady was very kind and welcoming when we told her about our issue, and she made us feel well taken care of.
What we didn’t like was that it seems the guests who stayed in Room 403 the night before had broken a mirror. When we checked in, we were told the room was ready, but no one mentioned that there was still broken glass in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice it right away because there were small pieces of glass all over the bathroom floor, around the sink, and even on the towels. My daughter ended up getting pieces of glass stuck in her foot. We understand accidents can happen, but the room should have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected before new guests were allowed to check in. Overall, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and we expected much better housekeeping.
