Pros:

I have stayed at Tru a couple of time and now look for them when booking hotels. Clean, fun, activities for children and adults. Great customer service as well.

Cons:

No exhaust fans in bathrooms, get really hot in there while showering. The need to leave bathroom door open to vent is a little off putting.

Nice pet friendly hotel
Pros:

Nice new hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, accommodating to dogs and has lots of green space for walking.

Cons:

The hotel has signs at the doors that say no vaping or smoking. This drives the smokers to the “pet area” where they have left hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground! My dog kept trying to eat them! There has to be a better solution.
