I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed with the property. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Bianea and David at the front desk for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and wonderful communication. They were always polite, patient, and happy to answer all my questions and inquiries with a genuine smile. Their excellent service truly made my stay more enjoyable.
I would also like to sincerely thank Elena and Mariana from housekeeping/room service for their excellent work. They provided outstanding service and kept my room exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

An exceptional stay with outstanding service, wonderful staff, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere — I would happily stay here again.
Good location where a taxi can drop you off without any restrictions. However, the rooms are very small unless you upgrade and dirty to be honest. I had to sanitize and ask for new sheets because the sheets had hair and just looked dirty like they haven’t been cleaned. The towels were old and raggedy. The bathroom was small as well. For the price you pay for the upgrade, you may as well stay somewhere else that’s cleaner and has better customer service.
Price wise, it’s better and cheaper to book via a third party instead of directly. They refused to honor the price match program and didn’t want to honor the 20% discount booking. I checked with Hilton corporate and they confirmed I should have received both. The hotel reservations department had made up bogus policy saying neither could be applied despite Hilton corporate saying otherwise. Avoid this hotel. One of the worst Hiltons I stayed in.
Very nice hotel and in the best location. The room is well air conditioned and the service is first class, special thanks to the front desk Alexandra and Cosmin. We will definitely come here again.

The only flaw , which is annoying especially because everything else was so good is the absence of shelves in the clothing closet. Although the closet is spacious, it has room only for hanging clothes , and no shelves or drawers at all for t-shirts, shorts , underwear, etc.

Mi-a placut camera in care am fost cazat. A fost curata si suficient de spatioasa pentru ce am avut nevoie. Aerul conditionat a functionat ireprosabil.
Atunci cand am inchis usa care dadea inspre balcon, aerul conditionat a pornit automat. Nu stiu daca era o defectiune sau asa era programat, dar mi-ar fi placut un mesaj de avertizare.
