One of the best hotels in Bucharest. Perfect location at the entrance in the Old Town. You are clise to everything but without the specific noise. Rooms are nice and spacious and you are offered a great variety at breakfast. But the best part of the stay is the staff - everybody is very nice and attentive. A special note for Daniela (breakfast manager) and Dana that ensured we have the perfect start of the day. Chapeau bas!
We rented a room just for the daytime, prior to a late flight. We arrived early, and David and Martha who were managing the front desk were very helpful. They were able to hold our luggage until the room was ready. I was able to get coffee and breakfast while waiting. The room was ready earlier than we thought, which was wonderful. Martha was able to answer all of my questions about old town, the area we are in. She gave me a map and suggested site seeing and shopping locations nearby.
I was truly touched by the kindness and hospitality of the staff both at the hotel and in the restaurant.

The entire staff were nice and helpful but especially Dana was great!
Great stay in old town Bucharest. This HGI is comfortable and welcoming. Staff was helpful as we needed to make adjustments to the length of our stay, and thoughtful after travel interruptions delayed our arrival until just after midnight.
Great breakfast, and service by Dana was superb…be sure to ask her to bring you a cappuccino or latte, best I’ve had on our two week trip through Europe!
If you are looking for a great accommodation at Andean location in Bucharest, give this HGI a try…you’ll be glad you did.
Auswahl beim Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich. Trotz Koch. Der gleicht das schwache Angebot aber auch nicht aus. Bessere Pension. Das Zimmer war sehr laut, nächtliche Discomusik von draußen. Nur Einfachverglasung. Schallschutzfenster nicht vorhanden.
My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town started after a very tiring trip from the airport with heavy traffic, and I arrived feeling stressed and exhausted. But from the moment I entered the hotel, everything changed.
The reception team welcomed me warmly, and especially Alexandra Cosmin made me feel like a very special guest. His kindness, attention, and genuine care completely took away my stress and tiredness. He was also very helpful with my room selection and made sure everything was perfect. The lady next to him at reception, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, was also very kind and helpful.
Thank you for this wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Bucharest.
