The location was set in the best spot from old town Bucharest. The hotel was clean and the front desk service was over the top. Cosmin Alexia was accommodation to keep my room the same for 2 nights. Martha and the manager helped me
Purchase train tickets to transfer to sighisoara and Sibiu and return to Bucharest. I was always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful interaction and service.
Pros:

Daniela and Marian were wonderful to us as well as to others at the Breakfast Buffet.
Very attentive and thoughtful.
Helpful with suggestions about finding information and the places that we wanted to visit, and with answering our questions about Bucharest.
Very good clean careful service as well and accurate resolutions of our needs and if the hotel’s requirements of them.

Great stay and lovely team
Pros:

I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest. The hotel is very comfortable and well located, but what really stood out was the team.

Elena and Dana from the breakfast team were wonderful - very kind, attentive, and made the mornings feel personal and welcoming. Also, Alex and the lady at reception who assisted with my check-in made the arrival experience smooth and very pleasant.

Thank you to the whole team - I would happily stay here again.

Great Location for Old Town.
Pros:

Excellent Location for the Old Town. Spacious and comfortable rooms, good sized bathrooms with walk-in showers. Very good room servicing every day. Very nice breakfast, lots of choice (great fresh omelettes). Overall a very comfortable stay.
