מלון מעולה במיקום מנצח - חוויה נהדרת עם דגשים קטנים
Pros:

שהינו במלון לאחרונה ומדובר במלון מצוין שעומד בסטנדרטים הגבוהים של הרשת. למרות כמה נקודות לשיפור, נהנינו מאוד ואני בהחלט ממליץ עליו.

מה אהבנו (הפלוסים):
החדר: החדר היה נקי מאוד, מרווח ונעים. התאורה הייתה טובה והוא מאובזר בכל מה שצריך - טלוויזיה, מקרר קטן וכספת.
המיטה: הזמנו חדר עם מיטת קינג והיא הייתה פשוט מצוינת! כמי שסובל מכאבי גב, המיטה והכריות היו נוחות וסיפקו שינה טובה.
השירות: הצוות היה אדיב ומסביר פנים. ציון לשבח מגיע למנהל חדר האוכל (מתיאס), שנתן לנו הרגשה של אורחי VIP.
המיקום: פשוט מושלם. המלון נמצא מרחק דקות הליכה מקווי אוטובוס ומטרו, יש סופרמרקט קרוב, והעיר העתיקה (על כל החנויות והמסעדות שבה) נמצאת ממש מעבר לפינה.

Cons:

לצד החוויה החיובית, היו כמה דברים שפחות עבדו עבורנו:

מחסור באחסון: בחדר לא היו ארונות עם מדפים, מה שהקשה על פריקת הבגדים, כך שהשתמשנו במזוודות כ"ארון" לאורך השהייה.
מקלחת: זרם המים לא היה מספיק חזק והטמפרטורה לא הגיעה לרמה חמה מספיק. בנוסף, למים החמים לקח זמן רב להגיע (במיוחד למתקלח הראשון), מה שהיה פחות נעים במזג אוויר קר.
רעש חיצוני: המלון מרכזי מאוד, ובמהלך סוף השבוע נשמעו רעשי סירנות וצעקות מהרחוב לאורך הלילה. למי שישן חזק עם חלון סגור זה כנראה לא יפריע, אך לבעלי שינה קלה זה עשוי להציק.

שורה תחתונה - מלון שווה ביותר במיקום אסטרטגי. למרות החסרונות, היינו בוחרים בו שוב בשמחה!

מלון מעולה, הצוות מקסים, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת , מאוד נקי ואסתטי. הדבר היחיד שהיה פחות טוב זה שלא היו מים מאוד חמים במקלחת. מים חמימים בלבד.

מיקום מעולה. ממש ליד כיכר האוניברסיטה. שני קווי מטרו קרובים מאד. חדר בגודל סביר. המיטות היו מאד נוחות. שקט מאד. ארוחת בוקר אכלנו בחוץ.
