War okay für die Nacht aber aus unserer Sicht keine 5 Sterne

Der Check in war gut und das Personal freundlich

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten, keine vernünftige Ablagen im Zimmer, in die Dusche kann vom gegenüberliegenden Block eingesehen werden, sehr eng beim Bett - Nachtische

Die Lage war sehr gut. Allerdings war das Hotel komplett Baustelle und im Poolraum in der Früh war es kalt.

Ein wirklich erlebenswertes Hotel. Und der Wellnessbereich im Keller ist umwerfend

Cons:

Rustikaler Stil und moderne Technik können durchaus harmonieren... aber wenn die Technik unbequem zu erreichen ist und dann noch unzureichend funktioniert, macht es keinen Spaß

Ich war bereits häufig im Roomers, aber eine solche negative Erfahrung habe ich dort noch nie gemacht.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Design.
Die Jungs vom Parkservice sind super nett.

Cons:

Wir haben einen sehr wertvollen Gegenstand im Zimmer auf dem Nachttisch neben dem Bett vergessen. Eine Stunde nach dem Check-out sind wir zurückgekehrt – doch die Sachen waren bereits nicht mehr auffindbar.

Statt einer Entschuldigung reagierte das Personal genervt, als wir darum baten, nachsehen zu dürfen und die Reinigungskraft zu kontaktieren. Zudem wurde zunächst sogar im falschen Zimmer gesucht.

Ein einziges Chaos.


Auch der Poolbereich ließ zu wünschen übrig: Die Pool-Bar hatte nur sporadisch geöffnet, und der zuständige Mitarbeiter war häufig nicht auffindbar. Außerdem war ein Gitter direkt am Pool lose – eine eindeutige Verletzungsgefahr. Die Stelle wurde weder repariert noch gekennzeichnet.

Nach der Renovierung ist es hoffentlich wieder besser

Gute Lage zur Wiesn. Tolle Bar, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird aktuell renoviert, was dringendst nötig ist. Leider war das bei der Buchung nicht bekannt, dann, trotz Einschränkung den vollen Preis zu nehmen ist fragwürdig. Unsere Badewanne hatte einen Riss, der Abfluss stank. Zum Glück gab es noch eine Dusche. Zimmerwechsel war leider nicht möglich.

Great location to many option for food and transportation
Pros:

Friendliness of front desk staff. Room was ready when we arrived from an overnight flight from USA. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options, which was greatly appreciated. I also liked the availability of candy at front desk when I needed a little something.

Cons:

Lighting in room not sufficient to apply make-up. Need additional signage to direct guests to room. We walked by it the first time, but had no other problems. When renovating room 316 ( room we had) may I suggest making the space holding TV and mini bar closer to back wall to give room more space. Please move room safe from bottom spot in closet as it is hard to check that I retrieved my valuables without kneeling on floor.
