Nevada Flats Hotel

Room was generally clean. No garbage can in room or bathroom. No hand soap. Employee was nice.

I didn’t get out of my car. I drove in, sat there for a few moments, and left. It looked like a halfway house.
A friend went by the next day and said the same thing. The photos online are not what it looks like in real time. Definitely a case of false advertising.
I lost $100 on the room- non refundable but I’m okay with it. I wasn’t comfortable staying overnight.

The amenities do not match what the website stated they have breakfast and they do not, no swimming pool, limited parking, charge extra if you do not arrive before a certain time of the evening

The hotel room smelled bad, it was noisy since it is close to the road, the condition of the hotel, and the bed was not clean

We arrived shortly after 9pm. There was no one available to check us in. We called the number posted on the door and no one picked up. I had made the reservation through Orbitz that evening and there was no indication about the 9pm check in deadline on the website. We ended up spending the next two hours looking for a room elsewhere. When I requested a refund for the room we could not access, I was denied.

The street the property sits is a pretty busy street if you're somewhat used to urban living it's no problem

I did not receive my deposit back

The room was nice the bed and lighting was comfortable and the night staff was professional

Rebecca and staff is so nice she exceeded are experience. Super quiet and clean. Continuing are stay here with our family.

I really like this hotel. Have stayed here a couple other times before and never had any issues. It's always been very clean and quiet and the staff has always been very helpful.
The only downside this time was rhe room that we got didn't have a working AC, but they brought in a portable AC unit and you couldn't even notice that the original one was broken

Location is good and manager was nice. But some rooms are long-term leased and always a crowd sitting in the parking lot smoking marijuana. Bathroom old and dingy, carpet smelled badly, didn't feel safe at this facility.

Never got ahold of anyone had to stay elsewhere

the room was confortable and quiet. The woman in the front desk accomodated me in a quieter room when I asked.
