Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Upon arriving i was greeted in the parking lot by a rude unpleasant lady, she was smoking, walking her dog and instead of introducing herself she was very rude telling me the office doesnt open until 4pm. I wasnt even out of my vehicle when she blurted uneducated words to me. I will never rent or recommend their services.

Terrible, dirty, rude staff, BED BUGS
Pros:

Bedbugs - this hotel literally is as bad as it gets. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay. The staff was rude. The beds were uncomfortable. I got bit by bedbugs. It smelled bad and it just overall sucked. I hate this hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not stay there.

Cons:

I like Colorado Springs - I just don’t like this hotel.

Bogus
Pros:

I wasn't able n to stay at the room I booked because the lady that works the front desk wouldn't allow my nephew to check in even tho its clearly stated his name on the receipt

Cons:

The fact that I paid for 2 nights and didnt get to stay there nor did they refund my money instead they've charged my car multiple times.

Only for smokers
Pros:

The location is good, right off a main road and near downtown. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room had zero facilities - not even soap or a bin. Everyone here seemed to smoke, and given the size of the gaps around the doors, means they might as well be smoking in your room. Even the towels reeked of smoke. Lots of noise at all hours - I didn't feel safe here and left the next morning, even though I'd already paid for another two nights.
