Non posso dire di aver trovato coerenza fra le recensione della struttura e l'esperienza vissuta.
Non mi aspettavo un servizio a 5 stelle ma almeno un minimo di igiene che ogni struttura dovrebbe offrire a prescindere da tutto. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco ( poco male per il calcare incrostato ma c'erano anche peli e sporco tra le mattonelle ). Il top della cucina sporco di residui di cibo e tutta la cucina completamente grassa compreso microonde e bollitore. Anche le finestre sia interne che esterne erano impolverate e sporche. Abbiamo dovuto comprare anche le spugnette per lavare i piatti e l'olio dato che non c'era. Potrei continuare ma penso che questo sia più che sufficiente a descrivere la situazione. Spero davvero sia stata una svista anche se dubito perché la quantità di sporto che abbiamo trovato non si cumula in 2-3 settimane.

Appartamento comodo, accogliente, vicinissimo ad ogni servizio, dal supermercato al lungomare. L'host è una persona davvero gentile, disponibile, ci ha fornito ottimo consigli ed è stato gentilissimo nel farci trovare dell'acqua fresca in frigo. In appartamento erano presenti detergenti e bagnoschiuma. Letti comodissimi.

Cons:

L'assenza di zanzariere ci ha fatto sperimentare le zanzare riminesi. Non sono presenti condizionatori ma solo ventilatori. Appartamento centrale e quindi strada movimentata e chiassosa. Come consiglio un occhio in più alla pulizia. Insomma nulla di irriparabile. È stato comunque una bellissimo weekend.

Pros:

こちらを拠点にサンマリノ、ウルビーノ、ペーザロ、アンコーナ、Cesenatico、Gradara などに行きました。駅が近く、移動に便利でした。洗濯機があり重宝しました。5月下旬のシーズン前でしたが、夜は静かでゆっくり休めました。Rimini程賑やかではありませんが、安全でゆっくり過ごせる街です。

Cons:

地上階に宿泊。出入りには便利でした。部屋は整い掃除も綺麗にしてありましたが、閉め切っていたせいか湿度が高いのか、クローゼットや引き出しを開けると　カビ臭かったのが残念でした。

Friendly people who will go the extra mile, if possible.
Pros:

Location, staff are good although no sheet on bunk bed, last night, facilities , closeness to Battista Osteria, the roast veal is fantastic.

Cons:

The radiators are showing there age, need touch ups in certain places. Maybe a bit of curtaining to deaden the echo slightly.

Comfortable apartment close to the see and transport
Pros:

This was my second stay here, and everything was absolutely perfect once again. I love how close everything is — the beach, shops, cafés, restaurants, the train, and even the trolley are all just a short walk away.

The beds in the apartment are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Cortesia, comfort e mare a pochi passi
Pros:

Ottima la posizione. La struttura è molto carina e pensata per gli affitti brevi. Il personale e il responsabile sono stati gentilissimi: per due volte abbiamo chiesto delle cortesie e in entrambe le occasioni si sono davvero fatti in quattro.

La struttura ricorda qualcosa a metà tra le pensioni di una volta e la propria casa al mare: un soggiorno immersivo nella Riccione più autentica.
Dentro l’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario per una permanenza breve, inclusa la lavatrice.

A pochi passi dal mare e comodissima per raggiungere Oltremare o Fiabilandia.

Cons:

Il ventilatore della cucina era un po’ rumoroso e forse qualche padella in più sarebbe stata comoda. Ma stiamo parlando di piccole cose.

Appartamento dotato di tutto!
Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento era dotato di tutto, anche di vari saponi nel bagno e di bottiglie di acqua.

Cons:

Forse consiglierei solo una pulizia più accurata dell’appartamento, ma per il resto tutto benissimo.
