Appartamento dotato di tutto!
Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento era dotato di tutto, anche di vari saponi nel bagno e di bottiglie di acqua.

Cons:

Forse consiglierei solo una pulizia più accurata dell’appartamento, ma per il resto tutto benissimo.

Kurzer Aufenthalt ist in Ordnung.
Pros:

Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Café.

Cons:

Es gibt keinerlei Aussicht. Der Balkon ist winzig. Von der Wohnküche schaut man direkt auf das Nachbarhaus, daher ist der Raum sehr dunkel.

Pros:

We were there for the Sigep Exhibition and the location is close to the Miramare station, this was very convenient for us. Also close to restaurants, coffee shops and Coop.

Cons:

For a business travel was good.

Pros:

Hotelik położony bardzo blisko morza, bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej i blisko lotniska (25 minut spacerkiem pieszo). Sklepy i bary bezpośrednio przy hoteliku. Duża kuchnia zaopatrzona we wszystko co powinno być w kuchni. Samo wyposażenie,meble trochę przestarzałe ale utrzymane w czystości. Ze względu na bliskość przystanku kolejowego ,hotel ten jest wspaniałą bazą wypadową do zwiedzania pobliskich miast np. Ancony czy też Urbino.

La posizione è ottimale perché a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia . vicino ad un supermercato e al centro del paese . A 5 minuti dalla nuova metropolitana

Cons:

La vicinanza al supermercato è ottimale per fare le spese purtroppo vi è lo scarico merci nella stessa strada perciò la mattina vi è un po di rumore

Pros:

Apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony- wszystko zgodnie z opisem, na miejscu były wszystkie środki czystości: mydło, płyn do naczyń, płyn do prania, ręczniki, rzeczy do sprzątania (brakowało tylko mopa). Bardzo miła obsługa. Obok supermarket i cukiernia. Okolica bardzo przyjemna mnóstwo restauracji i kawiarni, do plaży 5 min spacerkiem. Na plus odległość od lotniska (niecałe 3 km) i 5 min od przystanku, z którego można dojechać trolejbusem do centrum.

Cons:

Jedyny minus to klimatyzacja, która była zamontowana tylko w jednej sypialni.

6 nights in late September
Pros:

The host was very accommodating of us during our stay, storing our luggage early on the day of check in, and allowing a late check-out due to an evening flight home.
Great wi-fi, air conditioning in bedroom, shower, kitchen facilities. Area is walking distance to various places, including the airport, an Aldi supermarket, train station, restaurants, and the beach - all in different directions, but none more than 15 minutes walk. Very quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Would come back again!

Cons:

Of the apartment only minor details - such as the TV being in the bedroom only, not the living room. There was no table or chairs on our balcony, but on some others. Regarding the local area, what comes to mind first is the amount of mosquitos, horse and sand flies - which bite at all times of the day! Church bells can be noisy opposite, but mainly in early evening - but nice to hear. Very quiet in the local area from mid September, with a lot of businesses for tourists closed, despite Italy having great weather still.

Wir waren 4sehr schöne Wochen Gäste der Recidence. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Hr. Marco und Fr. Roberta möchten wir besonders erwähnen.
Auf Anfragen per Mail bekamen wir umgehend Antwort von Hr. Marco.
Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Nähe zum Co op und Strand war super.
Wir werden wiederkommen.
Diese Recidence ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das einzigste wäre da die harte Matratze zu erwähnen, die uns Rückenschmerzen bereitete.
Ein Ganzköroerspiegel würde die Einrichtung der Wohnung komplettieren.

Excellent value for money. Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment.
Toiletries, laundry detergent and cleaning products were all supplied. The charming host was very accommodating with our late flights.

Сподіваємось повернутись знову. Рекомендуємо від щирого серця.
Pros:

Перше, що хочеться відмітити - це зручність розташування апартаментів. До моря пішки 10 хвилин, до супермаркету 2 хвилини, до аеропорту хвилин 20-30 пішки, до зупинок громадського транспорту, щоб відвідати Сан Марино - 10 хвилин теж пішки.

Все поряд, але не так голосно, як на вулицях з потягами і літаків зовсім не чутно. Насправді, після вибухів війни, які чутно вдома в Україні, там спалось абсолютно спокійно. Раптом вам буде голосно, допоможуть біруші.

Окрема вдячність власнику апартаментів за допомогу з будь-яких питань. Поради сеньйора Марко були слушними і допомогли зекономити купу часу і коштів.

Шкодуємо лише про те, що взяли 7 днів, а не 10
