The first stop in a 3 country journey
Pros:

Hotel was clean and located great for exploring London. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was ok, but that’s just based on our taste preferences.

Abgesehen von der super Lage des Hotels, haben so ziemlich alle Details in Haus selbergestimmt, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Zimmerausstattung.

Dishonest and fraudulent behavior
Pros:

This is a functional hotel. For the price paid the room I had was nothing special.

My main issue was with the restaurant manager who messed up the breakfast charge and then tried to lie about it. I subsequently was overcharged by the hotel and when I pointed out that this was fraud they quickly refunded me. Although the amount was small this dishonest behavior is totally unacceptable.

I won’t be coming back and will stick to Marriott and Hilton brands in the future.

4 days in London, work travels.
Pros:

This hôtel is almost 5 stars, they either have to reduce the cost to match the reality or raise the standards, choices, or sélection to meet the cost. All in all, I am a people person, so for me Ramona, the security men (2) seperate (equally kind), Manager upstairs, belly dancer and DJ, saved my experience. Some stuff was over procès for no reason. I’m saying this only because we travel a lot and I’ve stayed in better hotels, better locations that work hard to keep the travellers services in house, this way the hôtel had the advantage, and the consumers don’t leave and get food from the grocery store, or restaurant around the corner. It’s a choice.

Not worth the price tag paid for a suite and the room we got was nothing more than a travel lodge
