Great value for money
Pros:

Central to everything, breakfast was superb! Staff lovely, only myself & husband having breakfast but still all set up, plenty of choice and very well presented, only negative was the breakfast room was a bit chilly.

Highly recommend this place, again the food was excellent.
Pros:

Staff are very nice staff. Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Its location was perfect. Was taking part in a local event the start line was 300 yards away. Staff very friendly and allowed us to check in late. Can not fault the staff!!

Cons:

Was not impressed with the room. Dirty towels and no hot water on two occasions. The bed I slept on was on wheels and would move away from the head board over night and the bedding would be falling off the mattress!! Also my friend’s room smelt funny.

Havelock met our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Dinner was good and service was excellent.
Double aspect bedroom was light and airy. Private bathroom was spacious; over-bath shower was excellent.

Pros:

Location was great as we were attending a function, they had music in the bar and our room was above it so very loud. Breakfast was not of good quality but edible.
It's dated and could do with some TLC.
