Super Ort wenn man Sonnenuntergänge liebt
Pros:

Das highlight ist der Pool bei Sonnenuntergang und dass die Getränke direkt an den Pool serviert werden. Die Lage war super, man kann vom Hafen gut zu Fuss ins Hotel gehen sowie auch die Strände erreichen. Im Zimmer waren wir froh um die gute Klimaanlage, ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Privatsphäre auf der Toilette war eingeschränkt, da es sich um eine Duschtüre aus Glas handelt.

Buena ubicación increíble vista al mar - Podrias mejorar el mantenimiento

Lo que más destaco de la estadía es, sin dudas, la increíble vista al mar y los atardeceres, que son realmente espectaculares. La terraza donde se sirve el desayuno es otro gran diferencial: el entorno hace que la experiencia sea especialmente agradable.

También quiero resaltar la amabilidad y predisposición de todo el personal, siempre atentos y con muy buena actitud. En particular, destaco a Mariana, quien nos ayudó a mejorar nuestra experiencia gestionando el cambio de habitación, ya que la que nos había sido asignada inicialmente se encontraba bastante deteriorada. Su intervención fue clave para que pudiéramos disfrutar plenamente de la estadía.

Cons:

La categoría de habitación que habíamos reservado inicialmente se encontraba muy deteriorada, con evidente falta de mantenimiento: paredes manchadas y un colchón muy gastado, lo que no estaba alineado con las expectativas generadas. Gracias a la intervención de Mariana pudimos cambiarla y disfrutar mucho más nuestra estadía.

The best sunset view in Morro
Pros:

The hotel is the best place in Morro to watch the sunset! Either from the restaurant or from the pool, it’s perfectly situated over the bay. The room are comfortable, food is great, especially breakfast, the staff is friendly and helpful, it was a real pleasure.

A truly special boutique hotel
Pros:

This review is for a Suite with Spa Bath.

The room is of an exceptional standard, excellent size, well equipped and a truly magnificent view of the bay, sunrise and sunset. The spa bath was excellent also.

The hotel is charming, characterful and honestly such a pleasant place to be that we wished we had booked for longer so we could justify spending more time at the hotel (we were only on the island a couple of days as part of a longer trip).

The breakfast buffet was varied and of a high standard. Cocktails were on the pricy side but were as superb as the scenery.

Cons:

Food and drink service to the room was too slow, better to order at the bar.

Thinking about The Loft? Consider a suite instead.
Pros:

This review is for The Loft room

Extremely characterful room with a large, private deck with a marvellous view of the bay. A fantastic place to have an intimate dinner and watch the sunset.

That said, we greatly preferred the lower priced Suite with Spa Bath, both the room and the view (as the suites are higher up than the loft, surprisingly) and there were issues with The Loft which we didn't have in the Suite.

Cons:

The air con unit had not been cleaned for some time and was mouldy. The hotel did resolve this immediately but got things off to a poor start.

The Hot Tub was in fact, a Cold Tub... It struggled to get above 35°C and the staff were unable to resolve this during our stay.

We had no such issues with the spa bath in the suite, which was a different model and worked perfectly.

The only thing that enjoyed the private deck more than we did was the local population of mosquitos (again we had no issues with these from the suite).

We would definitely return to this hotel but we would choose a suite over the loft.

Excelentes instalaciones. Excepcional vista y muy buena ubicación. Si bien está algo alejado de las playas, está muy cerca del muelle y del centro y es una zona muy tranquila. Lo prefiero antes que el ruido del centro y las playas.

Pros:

Ficamos inicialmente no quarto 9, vista era péssima e o banheiro estava sem a porta do box. Mas assim que a gerente Mariana tomou conhecimento da nossa insatisfação, nos mudou de quarto e realmente superou todas as nossas expectativas. Café da manhã sensacional, vista de tirar o fôlego e todos os funcionários muuuuuito gentis.

Dias maravilhosos nesse paraíso
Pros:

Pousada sensacional! Quarto confortável e espaçoso. Piscina linda, funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos e a comida um capítulo a parte. Restaurante da pousada é concorrido, linda vista do pôr do sol e comida muito boa e com valor de acordo.
