Excellent hotel.for location, facilities
Pros:

The room: The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was small but well laid out with a good size bathroom and excellent shower; all very clean. Location: Fantastic... a great location with access to trams or easy walking to the main areas (Duomo, Centrale, main shopping streets, parks etc) as well as fabulous places to eat nearby.
Breakfast: the room and available food was excellent. Beautifully presented, everything is fresh and tasty. An excellent choice of food and drink.
Staff: Very friendly and helpful... Great recommendations for food when be first arrived in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like but the noise from the trams running in the street took a little getting used to.

Ottima struttura per un weekend
Pros:

Il punto a favore di questa struttura è sicuramente la sua posizione. Situata in zona Porta Venezia, a due passi dalla fermata del tram e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro.

Lo staff è cordiale e ci ha permesso anche di depositare i bagagli al nostro arrivo, in attesa dell’orario del check-in.
Inoltre, se non ricordo male, il check-out è alle 12:00, e non verso le 10:00 come capita di solito nelle altre strutture (noi abbiamo lasciato la struttura molto prima per via del treno, ma come orario è molto comodo).

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di riempire delle borracce in vetro (da loro fornite) così da poter avere sempre a disposizione in camera dell’acqua (nella hall hanno una fontanella di acqua naturale e gassata sempre fresca).

Cons:

Nonostante la pulizia generale della camera, abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo polvere sui comodini.

Convenient and great for a first Milan visit. Reception super helpful. Lovely simple breakfast with the best cappuccino.
Pros:

Location and easy access to the shops or tram. Great walking distance also. The entry lobby and free access to water. Loved the basement breakfast gets you up and going for city morning walks.

Nothing, can't fault it. Practical with essential comforts.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre historique tout en étant facilement accessible en voiture. Un vrai plus : un parking partenaire se trouve à proximité (25 € pour 24 h), ce qui simplifie vraiment le séjour.

La literie est très confortable et le petit-déjeuner est varié, généreux et délicieux.

Petit conseil gourmand : ne manquez surtout pas Plin, à quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Leurs pâtes sont tout simplement exceptionnelles…
